Xhönnu. Forgetfulness. One with fists. Dzimuka. One with desire. Namdru. Srulpo. Bird-shaped. One who causes displeasure. One with a neck handle. Face adorned with drooping eyes. Bat-shaped. One with a snake's head, and fifteen others. The offering to them is: E! From the crown of my head to the soles of my feet, the five senses, the five essences, the five inner aspects, flesh and bones, blood and pus, teeth and nails, hair and body hair, brain and veins, fat and internal organs blood. Life and vitality. Radiance and splendor. All thirty-two components, etc., are given to you all. Eat! Drink! Smell! Be pleased! This is generally dedicated as a ransom for all sentient beings of the six realms. Especially dedicated as a ransom for kind parents. Again, especially dedicated as a ransom for the root guru. In particular, food is given to you gods and demons. This is specifically dedicated so eat! Drink! etc. This has been blessed as the flesh and blood of a Brahmin's seventh rebirth, so merely by eating it, you will be liberated from the cycle of the three realms and freed from the suffering of the six realms, and quickly attain the state of complete enlightenment of a Buddha. Those sentient beings who have not been saved will be saved. Those who have not been liberated will be liberated. Those who have not had their breath released will have their breath released. Those who have not completely passed beyond suffering will be completely passed beyond suffering. So, by saying "Eat!" etc., think that they are pleased and satisfied with the enjoyment of whatever they desire. Thus, do a hundred or twenty-one repetitions of leisure and instruction, etc. Give the leftovers to those who are weak and suddenly arrive due to weakness, and say "Phaṭ (藏文,梵文天城体,फट,梵文罗马拟音,phaṭ,汉语字面意思,摧破)". Abide in the state of emptiness. Then, think that the suffering of all sentient beings, led by the harmful ones, ripens on me. Think that all my happiness and virtue are obtained by sentient beings. May the suffering of sentient beings ripen on me, and may all my happiness ripen on them! Seal it with this dedication. Hair and body hair, brain and veins, fat and internal organs blood. Life and vitality. Radiance and splendor. All thirty-two components, etc., are given to you all. Eat! Drink! Smell! Be pleased! This is generally dedicated to the six realms

May this offering be dedicated as ransom for all sentient beings. Especially, may it be dedicated as ransom for the kind parents. Again, especially, may it be dedicated as ransom for the root guru. In particular, I offer this food to you, gods and demons. Since it is a dedicated offering, please consume! Please partake, etc. This has been blessed as the flesh and blood of the Brahmin's seven rebirths. By merely consuming it, you will be liberated from the cycle of the three realms, freed from the suffering of the six realms, and quickly attain the state of complete enlightenment, the Buddhahood. Those sentient beings who have not been tamed will be tamed. Those who have not been liberated will be liberated. Those who have not breathed will be given breath. Those who have not completely passed into nirvana will be led to completely pass into nirvana. Therefore, by reciting "Please consume," etc., may they be pleased and satisfied with whatever enjoyments they desire, and may they rejoice. Like this, perform a hundred or twenty-one times of leisure and teachings, etc. Give the leftovers to those who suddenly arrive due to weak karma. By saying PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪!), leave it in the state of emptiness. Then, contemplate that the suffering of all sentient beings, led by the harm-doers, ripens upon oneself. Contemplate that all of one's happiness and virtue are obtained by sentient beings. May the suffering of sentient beings ripen upon me, and may all of my happiness ripen upon them. Seal it with this dedication. Like this, by performing the above visualizations multiple times, accomplishments that are in accordance with the capacity of the faculties will arise. Among these, Machig Labdrön spoke of two types of accomplishments, common and uncommon. First, the common accomplishments are five: the accomplishment of subduing gods and demons, the accomplishment of binding by oath, the accomplishment of bestowing siddhis, the accomplishment of expelling evil spirits, and the accomplishment of expelling diseases. First, the accomplishment of subduing is: all the power of miracles is shattered, and they develop faith and respect for oneself, offering prostrations and honor.
