之中安住。之后作回向。第五是，自己的肚脐独自疼痛，是由烦恼我慢所生，且被三种魔障一同损害的疾病。从心间放射光芒，将所有众生的烦恼我慢所生，且被三种魔障一同损害的所有疾病，以光芒的形式勾招，并观想融入自己肚脐的疾病之上。愿所有众生的疾病和烦恼都成熟于我。愿恶业的异熟清净。愿债务和冤仇偿还。观想获得无漏的安乐。所有众生的烦恼我慢所生，且被三种魔障一同损害的所有疾病都得以清净，自己的肚脐疾病也成为无能作者和所作，一同安住于无生空性的状态中。之后作回向。第六是，四肢和关节疼痛时，是由烦恼嫉妒所生，且被三种魔障一同损害的疾病。从心间放射光芒，将所有众生的烦恼嫉妒所生，且被三种魔障一同损害的所有疾病，以光芒的形式勾招，并观想融入自己四肢和关节疼痛的疾病之上。愿所有众生的疾病和烦恼都成熟于我。愿恶业的异熟清净。愿债务和冤仇偿还。观想获得无漏的安乐。所有众生的烦恼嫉妒所生，且被三种魔障一同损害的所有疾病都得以清净，自己的四肢和关节疼痛的疾病也成为无能作者和所作，一同安住于无生空性的状态中。 之后作回向。第七是，任何损害自己的魔，都视为是恩德的母亲，并观想在前方，以慈悲为根本进行修习。那个魔也生起慈悲心，它的慈悲心和自己的慈悲心二者无别地混合，一同安住于空性之中。如果是其他的病人，那个病人的心……

Generously offer the body to all these disease targets, practicing it not only during fever outbreaks but also as an adornment at other times. May all sentient beings' afflictions, born from desire, and all illnesses caused by female spirits and demonesses be purified. May my throat and secret place's illnesses also be free from the agent and object of illness, and may they rest together in the state of unborn emptiness. Without hope or doubt in this, repeat it like a fruit. Afterwards, dedicate the merit. Fourth: If one's heart is sick, it is born from the affliction of anger and is an illness caused by male spirit kings. Radiate light from the heart center, drawing back all sentient beings' afflictions born from anger and all illnesses caused by male spirit kings in the form of light, and let them dissolve gently into the sickness of one's own heart. May all sentient beings' illnesses and afflictions ripen upon me. May the ripening of negative karma be purified. May debts and grudges be repaid. May I be endowed with uncontaminated bliss.
