是。以皈依和发菩提心为前行，如果头痛，这是由烦恼愚痴所生，是龙魔作祟之病。从心间放出光芒，将所有众生的由烦恼愚痴所生，以及龙魔作祟之所有疾病，都以光芒的形式勾招过来，观想融入到自己头顶的疾病之上，所有众生的疾病和烦恼都成熟于我，恶业的果报得以清净，债务和冤仇得以偿还，具有无漏的安乐。如此发心。所有众生的由烦恼愚痴所生，以及龙魔作祟之所有疾病都彻底清净，而我头顶的疾病也成为无能作者和所作，安住在无生空性的状态中。之后进行回向。第三，如果自己的喉咙和密处疼痛，这是由烦恼贪欲所生，是女魔苯姆作祟之病。从心间放出光芒，将所有众生的由烦恼贪欲所生，以及女魔苯姆作祟之所有疾病，都以光芒的形式勾招过来，观想融入到喉咙和密处疼痛的疾病之上，所有众生的疾病和烦恼都成熟于我，恶业的果报得以清净，债务和冤仇得以偿还，具有无漏的安乐。如此观想，做“谁想要就拿去”的姿势，不要执着，以无我的方式布施出去。众魔鬼们争先恐后地抢夺，吃肉，饮血，啃骨头，观想连像芝麻粒大小的残渣都不剩下。在座间进行回向。 第二，以皈依和发菩提心为前行，如果头痛，这是由烦恼愚痴所生，是龙魔作祟之病。从心间放出光芒，将所有众生的由烦恼愚痴所生，以及龙魔作祟之所有疾病，都以光芒的形式勾招过来，观想融入到自己头顶的疾病之上，所有众生的疾病和烦恼
