The nature of mind is not anything, yet it can accomplish everything. This is the innate bodhicitta nature, its essence being mind. Visualize its form as two white and red bindus, the size of newly laid bird eggs, one at the bottom of each foot. Visualize these two simultaneously rising from the center of the channels in the soles of the feet, reaching the two knees. Then, rising upwards in the two thighs, they converge into one at the trijunction. With the syllable "ཕཊ྄ཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Paṭ)" at the heart; with the syllable "ཕཊ྄༔ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Paṭ)" at the throat; with the syllable "ཕཊ྄ཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Paṭ)" shoot upwards far from the aperture of Brahma at the crown of the head. With the syllable "ཕཊ྄ཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Paṭ)" it becomes like a rainbow disappearing into the sky. Rest in the state of mingled emptiness and awareness. As the sky pervades everywhere, so does the mind. Rest in the nature of reality, emptiness, which is free from edges and center. If you cannot rest, then think of abandoning the body as food. Abandoning the body generally as food, abandoning the body specifically as food, and abandoning the body transcendently as food. First, there are six ways to abandon the body generally as food. First, the practice of taking the accumulation of white offerings as the path: In the preliminary stage, with the generation of bodhicitta as the forerunner, transform the consciousness of mingled emptiness and awareness mentioned above into a dakini. Or, with the syllable "ཕཊ྄ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Paṭ)", visualize your own mind essence as Vajrayogini, with a red-colored body, one face, and two arms. The right hand holds a curved knife pointing towards the sky, the left hand holds a skull cup at the heart. The left leg is extended, and the right leg is bent. The hair hangs down the back like willow branches, beautiful and pleasing. By saying "ཕཊ྄ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Paṭ)", it shoots far into the sky from the central channel, and with the curved knife, cut open your own body from the crown of the head to the soles of the feet. On top of the skin, which is equal to a thousand worlds, with the syllable "ཕཊ྄ཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Paṭ)", it becomes a great mountain of flesh; with the syllable "ཕཊ྄ཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Paṭ)", it becomes a great ocean of blood; with the syllable "ཕཊ྄ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Paṭ)", it becomes a great heap of bone fragments, equal to a thousand worlds. Vajrayogini recites "ཨཱོྃ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari:, Romanized Sanskrit: oṃ āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum)", purifying the impure. Everything melts into light, transforming into a great ocean of nectar endowed with the five desirable qualities. Thus, bless it. From that yogini, emanate countless yoginis, who fill the skull cups with nectar and offer inconceivable clouds of offerings to the guests of the Three Jewels, visualizing them as pleased and satisfied. Compassion and karmic debts
