Visualizing bindus at the soles of both feet, as in the mandala ritual. Blend the expanse and awareness, and remain evenly in whatever state arises. If it is not possible to remain, then abandon the corpse as food. Especially in dangerous places, it is necessary to first perform a blood offering. However, in regular practice, the white offering is performed first. Consider your own body to be in its prime, beautiful, pleasing, and desirable, and recite PHAṬ. Visualize your own mind as Vajrayogini, with a red-colored body, holding a curved knife and skull cup, with her left leg extended in a dancing posture, naked, with her hair loose, adorned with six bone ornaments, beautiful and possessing a peaceful demeanor. With the curved knife in her right hand, cut off the skull from the corpse's brow. Place it in front on a tripod of three human heads. Pour the corpse into the skull cup with the curved knife. The three—flesh, blood, and bone—fill the skull cup to the brim, and the wind below stirs and the fire blazes, warming the skull cup and boiling the nectar. When the nectar boils, the yogini recites OṂ (藏文:ཨཱོཾ,梵文天城体:ओ,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), eliminating all faults of impure grasping at reality. ĀḤ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), reciting ĀḤ (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आ,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊), spread the enjoyment of all desires to the guests of samsara and nirvana, filling the three thousandfold great thousand worlds. Second is the white offering. Machig Labdrön said: Separate the corpse and awareness, blend the expanse and awareness, and remain in emptiness. In practice, abandon the corpse as food. Blend the duality of hope and fear, gods and demons, into non-objectification. Blend appearance and mind into the expanse of dharmata. Blend happiness and suffering into the unattached expanse. Blend one's own body and others' bodies into the nature of illusion. These four blends open the door of space, incomparable to a hundred transfers of consciousness. Thus it is said. With the body in the seven-point posture of Vairochana, fix the eyes on space and recite PHAṬ. Visualizing bindus at the soles of both feet, as in the mandala ritual.
