༄༅། །Do. However, if someone is of subdued mind, genuinely seeks liberation, is determined to abandon this life, especially has faith in my teachings, understands all the Dharma, is proficient in the methods of mastering all the instructions, and can practice them well, then the four siddhis, etc., will definitely come in order. Thus it is said. Second, the extensive explanation. Machig said: Without having attained the level of a noble being, not possessing clairvoyance, therefore not having the ability to know the minds of others; without having attained mastery over samadhi with signs, therefore not having the ability to manifestly summon spirits; for beginners who wish to go to solitary places, one should examine dream omens. In any case, the special times for displaying miracles are: from dawn until noon, and less frequently at dusk. Dawn is also not suitable. From after noon until sunset, and from after the stars have disappeared until a little past midnight, are particularly suitable for displaying miracles. Therefore, there are two types: observing the omens of सामान्य（samanya，common） general spirits and observing the विशेष（vishesha，special） specific omens. First, the common miracles are: mountains collapsing, lakes overflowing, rocks crumbling, waterfalls cascading, earthquakes, cliffs collapsing, the ground shaking, stones and clods of earth flying everywhere, hair and clothes being pulled, fists striking the back and ribs, whispering in the ear, calling out names loudly from afar, being taken from one's seat to another place, singing and making strange noises, laughing loudly and shouting, crying and screaming, making all sorts of unpleasant sounds, and proclaiming: Do not stay here, go elsewhere! If you do not leave, I will cut off your head, tear out your heart, eat your flesh, drink your blood, gnaw on your bones, and inflict various diseases, such as fever, etc., so that you will die right now. ༄༅། །Do. If you go elsewhere from here, I will give you great benefits. Also, thunder, wind, violent hail, thunder, lightning, huge whirlwinds, roaring sounds, crackling sounds, booming sounds, and huge thunderous sounds, shooting stars, meteors, sparks flying, red flames burning fiercely, clouds, fog, and water vapor, and dust storms.

Being enveloped in the midst of the terrifying, with a distracted mind, and being lifted up high, and the entire great earth transforming into various unpleasant colors such as black. The sky is filled with fire, the ground is filled with water, and the trees and forests are seen as weapons. Red and black whirlwinds, and sudden blue-red colors fill and shake all the valleys. Unpleasant images appear in the eye's view: lions, tigers, leopards, bears, grizzlies, elephants, cows, wild yaks, monkeys, wild boars, donkeys, dogs, jackals, wolves, crocodiles, lizards, frogs, scorpions, poisonous spiders, and so on. Frogs coil around the body, and poisonous spiders and scorpions transform into parts of the body. Bulls and black yaks strike with horns ablaze with fire. Terrifying black people attack with flaming weapons. Many enemies, men and women, strike with weapons, bind, throw off cliffs, suppress, turn heads and feet upside down and carry away to other places. Poisonous spiders, scorpions, ants, and bats fall like rain. Frogs, snakes, fish, and loaches fill the earth. Many black dogs bark, and many monkeys dance.
