Therefore, the key points of alternating tension and relaxation have been shown. Furthermore, do not try to eliminate dullness and agitation, and do not engage in extensive examination of places and movements until you recognize your own nature. Magig (མ་གཅིག་) said, "Dullness is the abode of the Dharmakaya, and agitation is the self-radiance of awareness." Therefore, she said that extreme agitation is the blazing of wisdom's radiance, so do not suppress it. Jetsun (རྗེ་བཙུན་) Milarepa (མི་ལ) said, "If you are determined to be a practitioner, do not eliminate the faults of dullness and agitation. If a practitioner eliminates the faults of dullness and agitation, it is like lighting a lamp during the day, ah, Ange Lhaje (ཨང་གེ་ལྷ་རྗེ), the teacher!" He thus instructed Dakpo Moonlight Youth Similarly, there is no need to accept or reject the thoughts of the five aggregates, such as form and feeling. Whatever appears should be self-liberated. As the Heart Sutra says, "Form is emptiness," and so on. And as the Mother Sutra (ཡུམ་) says, " कौषिक (Sanskrit Devanagari: Kauśika, Sanskrit Romanization: Kauśika, Chinese literal meaning: Kausika), do not seek Prajnaparamita from form in this way, nor should you seek Prajnaparamita apart from form. Why? Because form is not Prajnaparamita, and there is no Prajnaparamita apart from form." Therefore, do not hate enemies and friends of abandonment and acceptance. In short, it is important to know that by merely recognizing the nature of thoughts, one can know that abandonment and acceptance are non-dual and inseparable. And it is necessary to know that the one who recognizes the nature is also unborn. These are instructions for recognizing the profound meaning from the root, and for introducing the relaxation of nature. Because it is said that nature has three moons, the key points of alternating tension and relaxation have been shown. The second is repetition, in the profound meaning it says: "Stop the previous meditation, move the body slightly. The eyes look into space, straighten the spine, and do it like this. Do not rely on the posture of the body, do not rely on the breath of speech, do not rely on the object of awareness. All past thoughts are ashes, are past, are stopped, so cut them off outwards! Afterwards, all future thoughts are unarisen, unborn, unestablished, so cut them off inwards! All present thoughts, whether they arise, think, remember, or move, are unreal, are emptiness, are unborn, are beyond mind, are inexpressible, are without trace, are without support, so relax and rest in a state of non-attachment in the mind. Whatever is thought of or appears in the mind, to that

There isn't even a dust particle of things and characteristics being established. There isn't even a hair of truth and permanence being established. Thoughts arise suddenly, appearing vividly, and fleetingly. Look intently at that thought. Concentrate your energy and let it rest quietly, and it will crumble on its own, vanishing in a flash. That is the essence of meditation, so rest in that state. Lord Dampa said: In the state of emptiness, wield the spear of awareness. For the meaning, there is no obstruction, Dingriwa (place name). Thus he said. In this way, thoughts do not enter, do not change, do not spread. If they spread, rest with eyes wide open, let go emptily, and transform from afar. Om! The second is repetition, from the profound meaning: Interrupt the previous meditation. Move the body slightly. Look at the sky with your eyes, raise your chest, and do it like this. Don't pay attention to the posture of the body, don't pay attention to the breath of speech, and the awareness does not depend on anything. All the past thoughts are ashes, have passed, have stopped, so cut them off outwards. All the future thoughts that have not yet come, have not been born, have not been established, so cut them off inwards. The present thoughts, no matter how much they arise, how much they are thought, how much they are remembered, how much they flow, are all unreal, are empty, are unborn, are beyond thought, are inexpressible, are without trace, are without basis, so relax in the state of mind without grasping. At that time, no matter what thoughts of right and wrong arise, after that, awareness should not follow, but let it naturally liberate in its own place. Do not continue the thoughts, do not continue the memories, and awareness do not expand, reciting (Tibetan: ཕཊ྄ཿ, Devanagari: फट्, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: pēi!). The flow of thoughts is completely cut off, awareness is separated from calculation, mind is separated from thought and speech, and wisdom acts.
