Standing in a dancing posture with the right leg bent and the left leg extended, a large and majestic body. Pa (Tibetan:, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration:, Chinese literal meaning:) Generate. From her heart and all the pores of her skin, emanate hundreds of thousands of Karma Dakinis identical to herself, filling the three thousand great thousand worlds. Then, visualize your own body, or the body of a sick person, etc., as large and fat, white as cloth, soft as butter, youthful and full of flesh, pleasing to look at, fragrant, and possessing delicious essence and power that can eliminate suffering such as hunger and thirst, vast enough to pervade the three thousand great thousand worlds or the four continents, medium-sized enough to pervade the southern Jambudvipa, and extremely small, either as far as the eye can see or about five hundred bow-lengths. Then, place the corpse in front, lying down, the skull jumps, and the noble lady uses the hooked knife in her hand to make a mark on the corpse, and the flesh and blood separate and turn into fragments, forming a mountain of flesh. Second, the Four Continent Mothers: Separate the body and consciousness, the self-aware noble lady, cut off the right hand of the body with its characteristics, together with the nails, and throw it to the east, thinking that the Rakshasas of the three thousand worlds of the east have eaten it. Similarly, throw the left hand together with the nails to the south, the right foot together with the nails to the west, and the left foot together with the nails to the north, thinking that the respective gods and demons have eaten them, and finally rest in the state of non-birth. Third, the Food Offering Mother: It can be visualized as the remainder of the above-mentioned blood food offering, or, as before, separate the body and consciousness, and merge the awareness into the heart of the Great Compassionate Mother or any of Machig Labdrön. From the heart of either of them, a red light radiates forward. The light completely transforms into the noble lady, with a red body, one face and two arms, the right hand holding a vajra-marked hooked knife, the left hand holding a skull cup filled with blood, three eyes staring fiercely into space, the hair tied upwards in a disheveled topknot, the remaining hair hanging down the back, adorned with the five mudras that are free from dust and the six bone ornaments, the head reaching the peak of existence, the feet standing on the great powerful golden earth, standing in a dancing posture with the right leg bent and the left leg extended, a large and majestic body. Pa (Tibetan:, Sanskrit Devanagari:, Sanskrit Roman transliteration:, Chinese literal meaning:) Generate. From her heart and all the pores of her skin, emanate hundreds of thousands of Karma Dakinis identical to herself.
