Therefore, whatever thoughts and discriminations arise from the mind, whether pleasant or unpleasant, happiness or suffering, high or low, attachment or aversion, or any of the eight worldly concerns, emptiness is unborn. Thus, in all the teachings of the scriptures, sutras, and tantras, the nature of mind is described as being without inherent existence. The guru also introduces it as being without inherent existence. Since one's own observation also reveals it to be without inherent existence, one is certain that it is the unerring nature of reality. As it is said in the Manjushri Root Tantra: "Completely abandon all errors, and possess a wisdom free from doubt regarding the three meanings." Thus it is said. In experiential instructions, there are three ways to cultivate meditation: cultivating meditation in equipoise, cultivating meditation in post-meditation, and cultivating meditation in union. The first is: previously, during the introduction, it is not sufficient for the introducer to merely provide understanding, merely provide experience, merely provide awareness, merely provide knowledge, or merely provide recollection. One must engage in practice and cultivate meditation, become familiar with it, and gain stability. And from that state, without straying elsewhere, maintain continuous mindfulness. Practice without distraction, and cultivate without forgetting the antidote. Go to a place free from distraction, face a place without wind, and maintain the body posture as before, or whatever is comfortable. Focus the eyes on the tip of the nose or on the empty space in front. Do not think about anything in the mind, do not remember anything in the thoughts, and in a state of not contemplating any discriminations, relax and abide as before. At that time, even if thoughts suddenly arise, recognize their nature as emptiness, like waves in water or clouds in the sky, and then remain still. Whatever thoughts arise are the magical displays of the mind. The mind is emptiness, and emptiness is the dharmakaya. Understand it in this way. In equipoise, all phenomena appear, empty, like the center of the sky. Without fixating on any object, abide without grasping onto anything in the mind. Cultivating meditation in post-meditation is: understand that all phenomena appear but lack inherent existence, and are like the sixteen similes of illusion. Whatever thoughts arise in the mind, recognize them as empty and without inherent existence. Whatever of the six consciousnesses arise in the six sense faculties, do not let discriminations follow after objects. Happiness and emptiness are like illusion, appearance and emptiness union. Bliss and emptiness are inseparable, clarity and emptiness are without grasping, and recollection and emptiness are non-dual. Understand it in this way.

One should ensure that one is never tainted by things and the Dharma of truth, and practice accordingly. To practice in union, in the state where appearance lacks truth, visualize the deity, recite mantras, prostrate and circumambulate, recite scriptures, offer offerings and tormas, and all other conditioned Dharma practices and activities of body and speech, knowing that all actions will not cease, but are not truly existent. All practices should be done in a dreamlike, illusory state, embraced by emptiness and compassion. Introduction to the general opening of the door of space. Homage to the unborn Dharmadhatu Great Mother, writing the method of obscuration of the Dakinis. In order to generate common and supreme accomplishments, as well as to enter special blessings, and to accomplish vast ascetic practices, the Lama and Yidam abide in non-duality, therefore one should practice the five classes of Dakinis. It is divided into three parts: preliminary, main practice, and concluding practice. First is the preliminary: the place is a cemetery, or a secluded place. The time is one month or seven days. Clean that place, erect skull banners, hang pictures of the Lama and curtains, and make a square mandala with sides of one arrow-length. On it, draw a four-petaled red lotus, with a blue center and a white periphery, and all corners in directional colors. In the center and on the four petals, write the seed syllables ཐཾ་(Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning)and Harinisa. Draw flowers. In the center, above the torma, place a copper plate filled with barley, and on top of that, place a skull cup filled with alcohol. Place nectar pills inside it. On the mirror smeared with vermilion, draw the image of Ama Jomo, dressed as Black Krodha Mother. Arrange the five offerings, arrange five tormas, and arrange as many tsok offerings as possible. Arrange drums, conches, hand drums, and other kinds of musical instruments. The main practice is divided into three parts: visualizing the deity, reciting mantras, and offering during the session breaks. Sit yourself on a comfortable cushion, take refuge and generate Bodhicitta. Then visualize a blue seed syllable མ in your heart. Light radiates from it, going out from the crown of your head, and in the space and in the mirror, visualize the essence of the Great Mother Ama Jomo as the Lama and Yidam. Above the sun and moon, the body is dark blue-black, the face is smiling and wrathful, with three eyes.
