It is emptiness manifesting. Whatever arises in the mind, Whatever is thought of is also emptiness. There is no need to grasp it as true. In a state of no things and no characteristics, relax and abide. There is no need to think about whether this is meditation or not. If it is, let it be. If it is not, let it not be, and let awareness relax and abide in the absence of things. The mind is without thoughts, without fabrication, without playfulness. Relax and abide in that state, free from thought and expression. Ma Chik said, "Hold tight when tight, and release when loose. The key to meditation is right there." So she said. The introduction to letting go is: Look nakedly at this space. The meditation from just now Stop. Find a gap. Meditate in this way again. Keep the body posture as before. Stare at the tip of the nose. Release awareness. Let go of burdens. Cast far away and Release. Separate from the thoughts that have been meditated on. Do not think, do not contemplate. Relax in a state free from thought and expression. When looking, there is nothing to see. When meditating, there is nothing to meditate on. When thinking, there is nothing to think about. In an uncorrected state, be calm and let go. There is no need to analyze. There is no need to calculate. In a state without acceptance or rejection, abandonment, relax and abide. Empty and vast, clear and bright, Naked, in a state without clinging, relax and abide. The mind is self-existing, ungraspable, and without things. In this state, abide in emptiness and nakedness. Let the awareness without support merge with the sky. Let the awareness without action dissolve into the expanse. Let the awareness without things be free from support. The master of the mind does not rely on the body. The body's Burdens are not entrusted to the mind. The body is selfless, and the mind is without things. Relax and abide in the state of body and mind inseparable. Machik said, "There is nothing to see in the meaning of the Buddha. Sentient beings Must realize their own nature. There is nothing to meditate on in non-conceptuality. The root of conceptuality must be severed." So she said. The practice of breaking the routine is: Stop the previous meditation. Move the body slightly. The eyes Looking at the space. Take a long, deep breath. The body's posture is not relied upon, the breath is not relied upon, awareness does not rely on support, in the past, the thought patterns

Everything is ashes. It has passed, it has vanished, it has ceased, so cut it off outwards! All the future conceptualizations that are yet to come are unborn and unproduced, they are unestablished, so cut them off inwards! The conceptualizations that arise in the present, thoughts, ideas, memories, movements, are unreal, they are empty, they are unborn and beyond mind, without trace or residue, without reliance, without truth, so relax in a state of non-attachment. Ah! Whatever is remembered in the mind, whatever appears, there is not even a mote of dust of substance and form in it, not even a hair's breadth of truth and permanence. Therefore, conceptualizations arise suddenly, appear suddenly, are remembered suddenly, and at that very moment, look with wide eyes, grasp tightly, and let go suddenly, and it will collapse with a crash, disappear with a start, and be destroyed with a bang. That is the essence of meditation, so abide in that state, do not let thoughts enter memory, do not let them flow, do not let them spread, when those things arise, let go suddenly, abandon them lightly, and stay away from them far away. Yes! At that time, whatever conceptualizations of "is" or "is not" arise, do not let awareness follow after them, let them vanish and liberate themselves. Do not continue conceptualizations, do not prolong memories, do not expand awareness, say "Phat" (ཕཊ,phaṭ,फाट,cut), cut off the flow and spread of thoughts, and abide in a state of awareness without calculation, mind without thought and speech, wisdom without action and effort, and heart without memory and thought. Machig Labdrön (མ་གཅིག་,Ma gcig) said: Since the mind is without duality, look in a way that there is nothing to see, and by looking, one cannot see one's own mind, and not seeing is seeing the Dharma. Thus it is said. In the word instruction, in order to establish meditation, one must rely on three teachers to introduce it: The teacher of scriptural authority, the teacher of oral instructions and key points, and the teacher of experiential confidence. The first is: the meaning previously introduced by the lama, the emptiness and unbirth of mind itself, is not a mistake or illusion, because the nature of things, the way the mind abides, is like that, and the intention of the minds of all Buddhas also abides like that. Moreover, in the Compendium it says: These aggregates are empty and unborn from the beginning, do not abide in equality, and compassion arises in the realm of sentient beings. For example, the depth and breadth of the ocean of arrows is immeasurable.
