Thus it is said. If examined with wisdom, the depths of the aggregates cannot be found. As it is said, it is primordially empty. When introduced by the guru's instructions, it is realized as non-existent. Again, from that same text: No form, no feeling, no perception, no formation, In that place where consciousness abides, not even a speck of dust exists. Thus it is said. When such a mind-essence is not realized, it appears as real, but when realized, it is emptiness. Again, from that same text: That which is not existent is called non-existent. Children analyze it, making it existent and non-existent. Existence and non-existence, these two are the nature of non-existence. Thus it is said. The objects of conceptual thought are not established, cannot be found when sought, and have no place to dwell. Again, from that same text: That which does not abide in form, does not abide in feeling, that which does not abide in perception, does not abide in formation, the consciousness that does not abide, that is the abiding of the Dharma-nature. This is the supreme practice of the Perfection of Wisdom. Thus it is said. Thus, there is nothing to see, nothing to meditate on, and no object to observe. One might wonder if this can accomplish meditation. But that is the ultimate culmination of meditation. Again, from that same text: Forms are not seen, feelings are also not seen, perception is not seen, and formation is not seen. That in which consciousness, mind, and intellect are not seen, that is seeing the Dharma, as the Thus-Gone One has said. Thus it is said. Thus, when the mind abides in emptiness, it is not only the nature of oneself alone, but if realized, all sentient beings abide in the same way. Again, from that same text: How I am, in that way know all sentient beings. How all sentient beings are, in that way know all phenomena. Thus it is said. Thus, realizing that all phenomena, internal and external, are without inherent existence is the ultimate intention of the Perfection. Again, from that same text: Phenomena are without inherent existence, if one fully knows this, this is the supreme practice of the Perfection of Wisdom. Thus it is said. The instructor of oral transmission teachings, in the Collection of Precepts, says: If you do not fixate on anything, where will you fall into error? If meditation without thought is not mistaken, there is no doubt about the enlightenment of the Dharma-body. Among meditations, this is the most supreme. Abandon conceptual thoughts and abide. Thus it is said. The son, Gyalwa Dondrup, said: To act is to fall, to meditate is to err.

Destroyed by thought. Release again. Let go, it is said. From the Compendium of Precepts: If you do not practice anything, that itself is practice. Because practice is the object of knowledge. There is nothing to experience in the true meaning. Also, from the same: From the purification of body, speech, and mind, the three kayas and the fruit are purified. From the liberation of samsara in its own place, nirvana is not to be attained separately. And again: Unmade is uncompounded, therefore, liberation is certain on the path of non-action. If appearance and emptiness are not made in the mind, take the path without permanence or annihilation. If nothing is made in the mind, habitual tendencies will not arise, and the bhumis and paths will be perfected. Thus it is said. The teacher of experience and faith is: In the preliminary stage, searching for one's own mind but not finding it, looking but not seeing it, grasping but not seizing it. In the main stage, the lama introduces it as non-existent. Therefore, not finding it by searching is not because the mind has substance and is not seen. Not seeing it by looking is not because the mind has formed into a shape and is not seen. You have not seen it, and I have not seen it. I have not seen it, and the Buddha has not seen it. Therefore, it is said in the Bodhicharyavatara: The protector of the world, the mind does not see the mind. Therefore, one should have faith in that which is non-existent. Is not seeing it the same as understanding the nature of reality? Yes, that is seeing reality itself. In the two truths, not seeing is seeing the Dharma. In the Sutra of Profound Depth, it is also said: Because it abides in a way that is non-existent, it is called seeing the truth. If one sees mind itself or the nature of reality as something with form or substance, that is a mistake. Therefore, here one should realize it as formless and non-existent. In the Vajra Cutter Sutra, it is said: Those who see me in form, those who know me in sound, that person has entered a wrong path, and that person will not see me. The Buddhas see the nature of reality, the guides are the Dharmakaya. And in the Madhyamaka, it is said: The Buddha is not form, not sound, not consciousness, not mind, therefore it is said to be non-existent. The true body of the Buddha is the Dharmakaya. The two form bodies are the conceptualizations of beings. Thus it is said. In the Eight Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita Sutra, it is said: Son of good family, the Tathagatas should be seen as the Dharmakaya, and should not be seen as the Rupakaya. Thus it is said. Therefore, the mind is empty.
