发心 在那心不在焉的状态下，将所有显现和存在的众生都聚集在我的面前，为了将他们从轮回的痛苦中救脱出来，我发心皈依真实的，真正的三宝。 因为圆满正等觉佛陀，是真实究竟的皈依处。如果皈依了如此真实究竟的三宝，就一定能够从轮回的痛苦中解救出来。虽然有其他具有神通、能力、威力的世间神，但那些神自身也是没有从轮回中解脱的众生，所以不应该皈依世间神。因为那些神不能将其他众生从轮回中解救出来，这是显而易见的。而且，我必须成为将那些神从轮回中解脱出来的引导者，所以不应该依赖世间神。因此，圆满正等觉佛陀是究竟真实的皈依处。 皈依，为了皈依，将所有有情非人，凶猛的等等都聚集在我的面前，心想我要皈依三宝。首先念诵三遍（ཕཊཿ，phaṭ，फट्，啪达）猛咒，然后吹奏三次腿骨号，以此来召集鬼神。吹奏腿骨号，要吹奏没有损坏的，声音洪亮且带有尖锐的声音，吹奏三次。没有损坏的腿骨是指：带有头尾两个关节的腿骨。颜色最好是白色，中等是紫色，下等是杂色。灰色等等其他的颜色都是有缺陷的，所以不好。形状要稍微弯曲，骨头的表面要光滑，内部要凹陷。左右弯曲，分段弯曲，有裂缝，有裂纹等等，太厚且纹路多，过于弯曲声音沙哑，不弯曲声音尖锐，过于粗大，没有声音洪亮的尖锐感，声音嘶哑，腿骨头部的尖端小而细长，腿骨的中间有很多凹陷，像猪蹄，粗糙，有很多棱角，扁平，总之

Generating the Mind (Bodhicitta) In a state of undistractedness, gathering all beings of appearance and existence before me, with the intention to liberate them from the suffering of samsara, I take refuge in the true and genuine Three Jewels. Because the perfectly enlightened Buddha is the ultimate refuge of truth. If one takes refuge in such true and ultimate Three Jewels, one will surely be able to be saved from the suffering of samsara. Although there are other worldly gods with miraculous powers, abilities, and strength, those gods themselves are also sentient beings who have not been liberated from samsara. Therefore, one should not take refuge in worldly gods. Because those gods cannot liberate other sentient beings from samsara, this is obvious. Moreover, I must be the guide who liberates those gods from samsara, so I should not rely on worldly gods. Therefore, the perfectly enlightened Buddha is the ultimate refuge of truth. Taking Refuge. In order to take refuge, gathering all sentient beings, non-humans, fierce ones, etc., before me, thinking that I will take refuge in the Three Jewels. First, recite the wrathful mantra (ཕཊཿ，phaṭ，फट्，smash!) three times, and then blow the leg bone trumpet three times to summon the spirits. To blow the leg bone trumpet, it should be blown three times with a clear sound that is not damaged and has a sharp tone. An undamaged leg bone means: a leg bone with two joints at the beginning and end. The best color is white, medium is purple, and inferior is mottled. Gray and other colors are flawed and therefore not good. The shape should be slightly curved, the surface of the bone should be smooth, and the inside should be concave. Those who are sixteen years or older, under sixty, those who committed suicide, those who are defiled, those who died in famine, those who are crippled, those who are childless, butchers, those who died of starvation, and similarly, leg bones with bad reputations should not be held. Those without leg bone heads, those with cracks, the leg bones of lepers, iron, copper, wood, and horns, etc., these should not be glued to the leg bone and blown. Since the leg bone is damaged, it should not be held. In particular, the horns of yaks and cows are containers used for pressing. They are bad substances. Therefore, if it is placed on the leg bone and blown, the listener will hear incorrect tones, which will generate unpleasant and harmful thoughts. In general, various bad things will occur in the area where the sound is spread. Therefore, the leg bone that uses black horns should never be held. Even flutes made from human leg bones should not be held. Those leg bones that should not be held, know that they are bad omens that obstruct and generate various evils, so examination is very important. What can be held must be without those faults and possess virtues. That is, for a person full of great anger, That anger that craves battle has no time to subside, that mind that craves to attack others has no time to generate other thoughts, those who are split and killed with weapons, and chaste women, monks who have not broken their vows, people who are very devoted to faith and avoid sin, and those of the Bodhisattva lineage, etc. These people between the ages of sixteen and sixty, especially the right leg bone of those who die in their prime, with clear consciousness, is the calling substance of heroes. The left leg bone is the calling substance of heroines, and it is important not to fall into lower realms. The thin, hard, and clear yellow rotten part of the first joint, cut from between the two small protrusions below. Do not damage the small joint, make it like an elephant's nostril. On the two opposing faces of the lower bone protrusions, dig out a groove the size of a thumb, without damaging the joint, and then connect in the middle, making it like a lion's nose tip. Make it entirely like the slope of a ridge.
