དཀོན་མཆོག་སྟེ། གསང་བའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ཟེར། དེ་ལྟར་ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་བྲལ་བའི་སེམས་ཉིད་དེ། རྐྱེན་ གང་གིས་ཀྱང་གཡོ་བར་མི་ནུས་པར་བརྟན་ཅིང་། གསལ་ལ་སྒྲིབ་པ་མེད་པའི་ངར་དང་ལྡན་པ་དེ་སངས་རྒྱས་དཀོན་མཆོག །གསལ་བའི་ངར་དང་ལྡན་པ་དེ་ལ་སོ་སོར་རྟོག་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་ འབྱེད་པ་དེ་ཆོས་དཀོན་མཆོག །དེ་ལྟར་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་རབ་ཏུ་འབྱེད་པའི་ཤེས་རབ་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་མ་རིག་པ་བསལ་ནས། རིག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་བསྟན་ནས་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ས་ལ་ཁྲིད་པ་དེ་དགེ་འདུན་ དཀོན་མཆོག་སྟེ། དེ་ཁོ་ན་ཉིད་ཀྱི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ཡིན་ནོ། །རང་གི་རྩ་བའི་བླ་མར་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་འདུ་ཤེས་བྱས་ནས། བླ་མ་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་སུ་འཛིན་པའི་བླམ་དེ་སངས་རྒྱས་དཀོན་མཆོག །བླ་མ་དེའི་ ཞལ་ནས་གསུངས་པའི་དམ་ཆོས་དེ་ཆོས་དཀོན་མཆོག །ཆོས་ཀྱི་གྲོགས་པོ་སྣང་བ་དང་མཛད་སྤྱོད་མཐུན་པ་དེ་དགེ་འདུན་དཀོན་མཆོག་སྟེ། ཉེ་བའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ཡང་རང་ཉིད་དཀོན་མཆོག་ གསུམ་པོ་གང་ལ་བློ་གཏད་ཀྱང་རུང་ལ། འཁོར་དུ་བསྡུས་པ་གཞན་རྣམས་ནི། ཕྱིའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་པོ་ལ་ངེས་པར་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་དགོས་པ་དང་། བདག་གཞན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཕྱིའི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་ལ་ སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བར་བྱའོ། །དེའང་གནོད་བྱེད་དྲུག་དང་ཕ་མ་གཉིས་དང་བརྒྱད་ཀྱིས་གཙོ་བྱས་པ་དང༌། འཁོར་དུ་བསྡུས་པ་དང་། ཁམས་གསུམ་གྱི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་འཁོར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལ་འཇིགས་ནས། ལྷ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་པོ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་པའི་བློ་རྩེ་གཅིག་པ་བདག་གཞན་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད་ལ་སྐྱེས་པར་བསམས་ནས། སེམས་རྩེ་གཅིག་པའི་སྒོ་ནས་འདི་ལྟར་སེམས་བསྐྱེད་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། བདག་ གཞན་ཐམས་ཅད་འཁོར་བ་མ་སྟོངས་བར་དུ། ལྷ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་པོ་ཁྱེད་རང་མིན་པ་རེ་ས་སྐྱབས་གནས་མེད་པས། ཁྱེད་རང་མཁྱེན་ནོ། །བདེ་རུང་སྡུག་རུང་། མཐོར་གཏོང་རུང་། དམར་གཏོང་རུང་། རྐྱེན་དང་བར་ཆད། གནོད་བྱེད་གདོན་བགེགས་གང་བྱུང་ཡང་། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་པོ་ཁྱེད་རང་མཁྱེན་ནོ་བསམས་ནས། ཤ་རུས་པའི་གཏིང་། ཁོག་པའི་སྙིང་གི་དཀྱིལ། རྐང་ལྷ་བའི་སྦུབས་ནས། ཡིད་ ༄༅། །སྤྲོ་བ་དང་བཅས་པའི་སྒོ་ནས། འཁོར་དུ་བསྡུས་པའི་ལྷ་འདྲེ་རྣམས་ཀྱིས་ཀྱང་། བདག་གིས་གསོལ་བ་ཇི་ལྟར་བཏབ་པ་བཞིན་དུ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱིས་དིར་རི་རི་གསོལ་བ་གདབ་པར་བསམས་ ནས༑ གནོད་བྱེད་དྲུག་དང་ཕ་མས་གཙོ་བྱས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་དུས་འདི་ནས་བཟུངས་ཏེ་སངས་རྒྱས་མ་ཐོབ་བར་དུ། བླ་མ་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །སངས་རྒྱས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ཆོས་ལ་སྐྱབས་ སུ་མཆིའོ། །དགེ་འདུན་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །ཡི་དམ་ལྷ་ཚོགས་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །མཁའ་འགྲོ་ཆོས་སྐྱོང་སྲུང་མ་རྣམས་ལ་སྐྱབས་སུ་མཆིའོ། །བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབ་པ་རྒྱ་ཆེན་པོ་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། ། ཞེས་པ་བརྒྱ་རྩ་གཅིག་གམ། ཉི་ཤུ་རྩ་གཅིག་བྱས་ལ། ཕཊཀྱི་སྒྲས་གསོལ་འདེབས་ཞོག་ཅིག་ཅེས་པ་གསོལ་འདེབས་བཞག་གོ །དེ་ནས་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་ཞལ་ནས། རིགས་ཀྱི་བུ་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་སྡིག་ པ་མི་དགེ་བའི་ལས་སྤོངས་ལ་དད་གུས་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་དུ་གྱིས་དང་། སྐྱབས་མགོན་དང་དཔུང་གཉེན་ངེད་ཀྱིས་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་གསུངས་པར་བསམ། དེ་ནས་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་སྣ་ཚོགས་བྱུང་ནས་བདག་ གཞན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་ལ་ཕོག་པས། ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་གྱི་སྒོ་ནས་བསགས་པའི་སྡིག་སྒྲིབ་ཐམས་ཅད་དག །ལུས་ཤེལ་སྒོང་བཞིན་དུ་དྭངས་སངས་ཀྱིས་དག་ནས། དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ་གྱི་ སྐྱབས་འོག་ཏུ་ཚུད་ཨང་སྙམ་པ་བྱ། དེའི་ངང་ལ་སྐྱབས་ཡུལ་གྱི་དཀོན་མཆོག་གསུམ། སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་མཁན་གྱིས་བདག་དང་དེར་འདུས་པའི་ལྷ་འདྲེ་དང་། སྐྱབས་འགྲོའི་ངོ་བོ་གསུམ་མི་དམིགས་པ་སྟོང་པ་ཉིད་ ཀྱི་ངང་ལ་ལྷན་ནེ་བཞག་པ་དེ་ལ། བསྐྱབ་བྱ་དང་སྐྱོབ་བྱེད་གཉིས་ཀ་དོན་དམ་པར་གྲུབ་པ་མེད་པར་བློ་ཐག་ཆོད་པ། ཡང་དག་དོན་གྱི་སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་ཟེར་ཏེ། སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བའི་མཆོག་ཏུ་གྱུར་པ་ནི། ཡང་དག་དོན་ གྱི་སྐྱབས་འགྲོ་དང་། སྟོང་ཉིད་ཀྱི་ལྟ་བ་རྣམ་དག་ཡིན་པས། སྐྱབས་སུ་འགྲོ་བའི་མཚན་ཉིད་ནི་དེ་ལྟར་དུ་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །དེ་ནས་ཚད་མེད་པ་བཞི་ནི། བྱམས་པ་ཚད་མེད་དང་། སྙིང་རྗེ་ཚད་མེད་དང༌། དགའ་བ་ཚད་མེད་དང་། བཏང་སྙོམས་ཚད་མེད་དང་བཞི་སྟེ། དང་པོ་བྱམས་པ་ནི། རང་རེ་ལ་གནོད་བྱེད་ལ་སོགས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་གི་ཕ་མར་མ་གྱུར་པ་ནི་གཅིག་ཀྱང་མེད། དེའང་ལན་ གྲངས་བསམ་གྱིས་མི་ཁྱབ་པ་ལ་མ་ཤ་སྟག་ཏུ་བྱས་ནས། ལུས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བལྟོས་པ་མེད་པར་བསྐྱངས་པ་དང་། སྡིག་སྡུག་གཏམ་ངན་ལ་སོགས་པ་རྐྱེན་ངན་གང་ལ་ཡང་བལྟོས་པ་མེད་པར་དཀའ་ སྤྱད་དུ་མས་བསྐྱངས་པའི་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདག་གི་མ་ཡིན་ནོ་བསྙམས་ནས། མ་དེ་རྣམས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་བར་མཐོང་ནས། མ་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དེ་བདག་གིས་བསལ་ཅིང་། མ་དེ་རྣམས་ལ་ཕན་ ༄༅། །གདགས་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར་དུ། བདག་གི་ལུས་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དང་བཅས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མ་དེ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་དོན་དུ་བཏངས་ནས། འཁོར་བ་མ་སྟོངས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ དོན་བྱས་ནས། མ་རྒན་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་བདེ་བ་དང་བདེ་བའི་རྒྱུ་དགེ་བ་མཐའ་དག་དང་ལྡན་པར་བྱ་སྙམ་པའི་སེམས་རྩེ་གཅིག་པ་དུང་ངེ་བ་ཞིག་བྱེད་པ་ལ་ནི། སེམས་ཅན་ལ་དམིགས་པའི་བྱམས་པ་ཟེར་ལ། དེ་ཡང་དོན་དམ་པའི་ངོ་བོར་གང་ཡང་གྲུབ་པ་མེད་ཀྱང་། ཀུན་རྫོབ་ཙམ་དུ། མ་རྒན་སེམས་ཅན་འདི་རྣམས་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས། བདག་གིས་བྱང་ཆུབ་འཐོབ་པར་བྱ་བའི་ཕྱིར། བདག་ལ་དྲིན་ཤིན་ཏུ་ཆེ་བའི་མ་འདི་ རྣམས་ལ་ཕན་ངེས་པར་གདགས་པར་བྱ། དེ་ཡང་ཆོས་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་བདེན་པར་གྲུབ་པ་སྐྲའི་རྩེ་མོ་ཙམ་ཡང་མེད་པ་རྨི་ལམ་སྒྱུ་མ་ལྟ་བུ་ཡིན་པར་མ་ཤེས་ནས། འཁྲུལ་སྣང་ལ་བདེན་པར་བཟུངས་ནས་ལས་མི་དགེ་བ་ འགའ་ཞིག་བྱས་པའི་འབྲས་བུས། སྡུག་བསྔལ་བཟོད་གླགས་མེད་པ་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་བའི་མི་འདི་རྣམས། བདག་འཛིན་མ་རིག་པ་དང་ཕྲལ་ནས། རང་རིག་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་བསྟན་ནས་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཀྱི་ལམ་ལ་དགོད་པར་བྱའོ་ སྙམ་པ་ནི། ཆོས་ལ་དམིགས་པའི་བྱམས་པ་ཟེར། དེ་ལྟར་བྱམས་པ་བསྒོམ་པའི་ཡུལ་མ་རྒན་སེམས་ཅན་རྣམས་དང་། བྱམས་པ་སྒོམ་མཁན་གྱི་བདག་དང་། བྱམས་པ་རང་གི་ངོ་བོ་དང་གསུམ་རང་ངོས་ནས་མ་ གྲུབ་པར་རང་རང་གི་ངོ་བོས་སྟོངས་ལ། སྟོང་པའི་གདངས་མ་འགགས་པ་བྱམས་པའི་སེམས་དུང་ངེ་བ། ཕན་སེམས་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་ལྷང་ངེ་བ། དེ་ཡང་སྤྲོས་པའི་མཐའ་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་བྲལ་ནས། གཉིས་འཛིན་མེད་ པའི་ནམ་མཁའི་དཀྱིལ་ལྟར་གནས་པ་ལ་རང་རིག་པའི་རྒྱན་དང་ལྡན་པ་དེ་ལ་ནི། བྱམས་པ་ཆེན་པོ་ཟེར། དམིགས་པ་མེད་པའི་བྱམས་པ་ཡང་ཟེར། དེ་ལ་ཡུན་རིང་དུ་བསྒོམས་ནས་རང་གི་བློ་དང་འདྲེས་པར་བྱེད་ དགོས་པ་ཡིན་པས། དེ་ལ་བྱམས་པ་ཚད་མེད་པ་ཟེར་བ་ཡིན་ནོ། །དེ་ལྟར་བདག་ལ་དྲིན་ཆེ་བའི་མ་འདི་རྣམས་མི་བདེ་ཞིང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱིས་གདུང་སྟེ། སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱི་རྒྱུ་ལ་གནས་ཤིང་སྡུག་བསྔལ་གྱི་འབྲས་བུ་ལ་ སྤྱོད༑ སྡུག་བསྔལ་སྤོང་བའི་ཐབས་ལ་མི་མཁས་ཤིང་། སྡུག་བསྔལ་སྤོང་བའི་རྐྱེན་དང་མི་ལྡན་པས། བླ་མ་མཚན་ཉིད་དང་ལྡན་པ་ལ་མི་བརྟེན་པར། ལོང་བ་སྣ་ཁྲིད་དང་བྲལ་བ་ལྟ་བུའི་མ་འདི་རྣམས་རང་གི་ ཤེས་པ་ལ་རང་དབང་མ་ཐོབ་པས། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་དྲག་པོའི་དབང་གིས་སྨྱོན་པ་ལྟ་བུར་འདུག་པས། མི་དགེ་བ་སྣ་ཚོགས་སྤྱད་པའི་འབྲས་བུ་འཁོར་བ་སྤྱི་དང་། ཁྱད་པར་ངན་སོང་གསུམ་གྱི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལ་བཟོད་ ༈ གླགས་མེད་པས་ཉམ་ཐག་ཅིང་། དེ་ལ་རེ་ས་སྐྱབས་གནས་ནི་གཅིག་ཀྱང་མེད་ཅིང་། སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལ་སྐད་ཅིག་གི་གོ་སྐབས་ཙམ་ཡང་མེད་པས། ཆུ་བོའི་རྒྱུན་བཞིན་ཉམས་སུ་མྱོང་བའི་མ་འདི་རྣམས་སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། ༄༅། །སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། བསྙམས་ནས་མཆི་མ་འཁྲུག་པ་ཙམ་དུ་བསྒོམ་པར་བྱ་སྟེ། དེ་ལྟར་སྡུག་བསྔལ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་མ་འདི་རྣམས་ཀུན་འབྱུང་དང་། སྡུག་བསྔལ་རྒྱན་དུ་མཐོང་ནས། བདག་མེད་པ་ལ་བདག་ཏུ་བཟུང་། ང་མེད་པ་ལ་ངར་བཟུང་། མི་རྟག་པ་ལ་རྟག་པར་བཟུང་། སྡུག་བསྔལ་ལ་བདེ་བར་བཟུངས་ནས། ཚེ་འདིའི་འདོད་ཡོན་ཕུན་སུམ་ཚོགས་པ་རྨི་ལམ་ཙམ་ཞིག་ལ་ཆགས་ཤིང་ ཞེན་ནས། སླར་ངན་འགྲོའི་ལམ་དུ་ཞུགས་པའི་མ་འདི་རྣམས་སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། འདི་རྣམས་སྡུག་བསྔལ་མཐའ་དག་དང་བྲལ་བར་བྱའོ་སྙམ་པ་ནི། སེམས་ཅན་ལ་དམིགས་པའི་སྙིང་རྗེ་ཡིན་ ནོ༑ ཆོས་བྱས་པ་ལམ་དུ་མི་འགྲོ་ཞིང་། ཉོན་མོངས་པའི་སྣོན་མ་བཏབས་ནས་ང་རྒྱལ་དང་དྲེགས་པ་སྐྱེ་བས། སླར་ཡང་འཁོར་བའི་རྒྱུ་ཁོ་ན་ལས་མེད་པའི་མ་འདི་རྣམས་སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། སྙིང་༔ རེ་རྗེ། སྙིང་རེ་རྗེ། 是为三宝。说为秘密三宝。如是，远离一切烦恼之心性，任何因缘亦不能动摇，稳固且明亮无碍，具足精要者，是为佛宝。具足明亮精要者，以各别思择之智慧，彻底辨别一切法者，是为法宝。如是，以彻底辨别一切法之智慧，消除一切有情之无明，显示觉性之智慧，引导至佛地者，是为僧宝。是为究竟之三宝。以自之根本上师作佛之想，视上师为佛之上师，是为佛宝。彼上师之 尊口所说之正法，是为法宝。与法友外貌及行为一致者，是为僧宝。是为亲近之三宝。又，自身无论信赖三宝中之何者皆可，然所摄之眷属等，必须皈依外三宝，自他一切皆应皈依外三宝。复次，以六害及父母二者与八者为主，以及所摄之眷属，三界一切有情皆畏惧轮回之痛苦， 应生起欲皈依天三宝之心，如是观想此一念生起于自他一切众生之相续中，以一心一意之方式如是发心：自 他一切众生乃至轮回未空之际，除天三宝您之外，别无依靠救护之处，您们知晓。无论安乐或痛苦，提升或贬低， 遭遇任何违缘与障碍，损害者、鬼怪、邪魔等，三宝您们知晓。如是思惟，从血肉骨髓深处，从腹部心脏中央，从腿骨之空隙中，以 喜悦之心，以及所摄之眷属、天魔等，亦如我所祈请一般，观想一切皆发出“迪日日日”之祈请声。 以六害及父母为主之所有众生，于此时

It is the Three Jewels. It is said to be the secret Three Jewels. Thus, the nature of mind that is free from all afflictions, which cannot be shaken by any cause, is stable, clear and unobstructed, and possesses essence, is the Buddha Jewel. The one who possesses the essence of clarity, who thoroughly distinguishes all dharmas with discriminating wisdom, is the Dharma Jewel. Thus, with the wisdom that thoroughly distinguishes all dharmas, eliminating the ignorance of all sentient beings, revealing the wisdom of awareness, and leading to the state of Buddhahood, is the Sangha Jewel. These are the ultimate Three Jewels. Regarding one's own root guru as a Buddha, the guru who is regarded as a Buddha is the Buddha Jewel. The sacred Dharma spoken from the mouth of that guru is the Dharma Jewel. A Dharma friend who is similar in appearance and conduct is the Sangha Jewel. These are the close Three Jewels. Furthermore, it is acceptable for oneself to rely on any of the Three Jewels, but others who are included in one's circle must definitely take refuge in the external Three Jewels, and all self and others should take refuge in the external Three Jewels. Whether it is happiness or suffering, elevation or degradation, whatever adverse conditions and obstacles, harmers, demons, and obstructors arise, the Three Jewels, you know. Thus thinking, from the depths of flesh and bone, from the center of the heart in the abdomen, from the hollow of the leg bones, with joy, and the gods and demons included in the circle, also, just as I have prayed, contemplate that all utter the prayer of "Diriri ri". I take refuge in the Dakinis, Dharma Protectors, and Guardians! Please grant vast blessings! Recite the above one hundred and one times, or twenty-one times. Be certain that both the one to be saved and the one who saves are not truly established in the ultimate sense. This is called true refuge. The most supreme of refuges is true refuge and the pure view of emptiness. Therefore, the definition of refuge should be understood in this way. Then there are the four immeasurables: immeasurable love, immeasurable compassion, immeasurable joy, and immeasurable equanimity. First, immeasurable love: all beings, including those who harm us, there is not one who has not been my parent. They have been my mother countless times, raising me without regard for anything, without regard for sins, suffering, evil words, or any adverse circumstances, all beings who have been raised with great difficulty, consider them to be my mother.
