从粪便中，由毗卢遮那佛加持成为顶饰。对名号灌顶之神供奉，生起敬信心。以嗡 佛陀 达吉尼 安达等供养。成为由诸佛空行母化光而生的名号。经由诸佛空行母之门进行名号灌顶，因此如是观想。上师与坛城主尊无二之体性，即毗卢遮那佛之相，显现为身色白色、一面二臂、具足母饰、光彩夺目，手持金刚杵与铃的佛空行母，从你们的顶轮灌顶，观想烦恼愚痴等二障及其习气皆得清净。彼时从虚空等处，加持。四位佛母手持金刚杵与铃给予灌顶。明妃等处，生起敬信心。吽。具足业与福分的士夫，经由诸佛空行母名号灌顶，色蕴于自性中解脱，愿获得佛部之殊胜灌顶。嗡 佛陀 达吉尼 阿比诜扎 嗡。再次，生起献上稳固之水灌顶的敬信心。如初生等如前。再次，因为是融入灌顶之神，请如是观视。灌顶之神从你们的毛孔融入。扎 吽 榜 霍。获得诸佛空行母之名号灌顶后，因为你们成为供养处，所以献上供养，请纳受。从今乃至一切时，不为轮回过患所染污，具足一切供养者，一切时中安乐住。以供水等供养。 请听闻名号灌顶的清净。如是获得经由诸佛空行母之门的名号灌顶。烦恼愚痴转为如镜之智。色蕴清净为佛部之坛城，生起成为诸佛空行母之体性的敬信心。哦。其后，请听闻五部灌顶总体的清净。如是获得五部如来的五种灌顶后，无明五毒清净，因为具有五智的灌顶，所以五部于心中

For the fortunate individual endowed with karma and fortune, through the name empowerment of the Buddhas and Dakinis, may the skandha of form be liberated in its own place, may the supreme empowerment of the Buddha family be attained. Om Buddha Dakini Abhishincha Om. Again, generate devotion by offering the water empowerment of stability. As at birth, etc., as before. Again, since it is the absorption of the empowerment deity, please look with your eyes in this way. May the empowerment deities be absorbed through the pores of your skin. Dza Hum Bam Hoh. Having received the name empowerment of the Buddhas and Dakinis, since you have become the object of offering, I offer the offerings, please accept them. From today onwards, at all times, may you not be defiled by the faults of samsara, may you be endowed with all offerings, may you dwell in bliss at all times. May the affliction of ignorance be transformed into mirror-like wisdom. May the skandha of form be purified into the mandala of the Buddha family, generate devotion to become the nature of the Buddhas and Dakinis. Oh. After that, please listen to the general purification of the five families' empowerment. Thus, having received the five empowerments of the five victorious ones, may the five poisons of ignorance be purified, since you are endowed with the empowerment of the five wisdoms, the five families in your mind.
