腹腔之内如鱼腹般清澈透亮，内部所有东西全部吐出，腹部如游泳般空空荡荡。 如同空空荡荡一般，血管中流出如烟汁般黑乎乎的东西，指甲和毛孔中生出的所有血管，像用针挑破一般清澈透亮。自己的血肉骨骼一一分开，肉被众多生灵吞噬，连芝麻大小也不剩，骨头没有污垢，洁白如海螺一般。又将肉焚烧，升起白色烟雾，散发着香味，没有焚烧后的灰烬。焚烧骨头，骨灰如银色沙粒般洁白，被风吹到空中，如雪花般弥漫天空，所有地面都落了下来，像雪一样压住尘土，所有地面都变得白茫茫一片。进入大海和极其清澈的大河中沐浴，身体的污垢清除，变得清澈透亮。又洗去粘在身上的不洁之物，洗去像墨汁一样粘着的黑色污垢，洗净后身体变得洁白。又有其他人拿着白色水瓶，用白色水流清洗自己的身体内外，污垢清除，身体内外变得像水晶一样透明。 穿上棉布等洁白无垢的新衣服，具有触感柔软轻盈的特点，身体像棉花一样轻盈，飞向天空，毫不受江河山石的阻碍，纵身跳跃。身体被理解为光蕴，身体被理解为无形的空性，身体上装饰着许多白色鲜花，毛孔中流出洁白如海螺般闪闪发光的水流，头发、体毛、眉毛、睫毛、指甲都变得像海螺般洁白，从中发出白色光芒，照遍全身。坐在像月亮一样洁白的垫子和靠背上，坐在水晶堆砌的房子里，一切都看得一清二楚，自己的身体也稍微带上光芒，身体的所有血管都清晰可见，血管中的白色文字清晰可见。在虚空和天空中。

The inside of the abdomen becomes as clear and transparent as the belly of a fish, and everything inside is completely expelled, leaving the abdomen empty as if swimming. It is as empty as can be, and from within the blood vessels flows something as black as smoke juice. All the vessels that arise from the fingernails and pores become clear and transparent as if pierced with a needle. One's own flesh and bones are separated one by one, and the flesh is devoured by many beings, leaving not even a sesame seed's worth. The bones are without blemish, and become as white and clear as a conch shell. Furthermore, when the flesh is burned, white smoke arises, emitting a fragrant aroma, and there are no ashes from the burning. When the bones are burned, the white ashes become like grains of silver. When the wind scatters them into the sky, they fill the sky like a blizzard. When they fall upon the earth, they suppress the dust like snow, and the entire ground becomes a pure white expanse. One enters and bathes in the ocean and great rivers that are exceedingly clear, and the impurities of the body are cleansed, becoming clear and transparent. Again, one washes away the impurities that cling to the body, and the black filth that clings like ink is washed away, and the body becomes white. Again, someone else holds a white vase and washes one's body inside and out with a stream of white water. The impurities are cleansed, and the body inside and out becomes as clear as crystal. Wearing new, spotless white clothes made of cotton and other materials, one experiences a soft and light touch. The body is as light as cotton, and one flies into the sky. One leaps and bounds without being obstructed by rivers or mountains. One realizes the body as a mass of light, and one realizes the body as an invisible emptiness. The body is adorned with many white flowers, and from between the hairs of the body flows a stream of white water, shining like a conch shell. The hair, body hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, and fingernails all become as white as a conch shell, and from them blaze white rays of light, pervading the entire body. One sits on a cushion and backrest as white as the moon, and dwells within a house built of layers of crystal, seeing everything without obstruction.
