降伏天魔的程度，束缚天魔的程度，天魔给予成就的程度，自己身体的疾病消除的程度，邪魔消除的程度，共有五种。其中第一种是降伏天魔的程度：降伏天魔后，所有神通的力量都消失，降临到自己身上，对自己产生信仰和恭敬，行顶礼，给予丰厚的供养和尊重，以平和驯服的态度，从内心深处渴望听闻佛法，以慈爱和悲悯之心，听从所说的一切教诲，以欢喜之心，毫不拖延地完成所交付的一切事务，直至证得佛果之前，都成为自己的眷属，承诺像奴仆一样听从。自己成为佛法的君王，为众多人讲解佛法；自己成为人间的君王，统治众人，进行统治和摄受，转变整个世界的命运。此外，江河湖海汹涌澎湃，波涛汹涌，最终平息下来。在平静的江河湖海中，自己游泳嬉戏，也毫无畏惧和担忧，能够自由自在地驾驭江河湖海。熊熊燃烧的火山，火焰翻滚蔓延，发出巨响，最终平息下来，变得平静。即使自己跳入火中，也毫无畏惧，能够驾驭火焰。悬崖峭壁和深邃峡谷的险峻之地，即使自己身处其中也毫无畏惧，还能再次施展跳跃的技艺，能够自由自在地驾驭这些险峻之地。巨大的风暴剧烈地摇动，遮蔽了天空、空间和大地。最终风暴平息下来，天空和大地焕发出光彩，变得无比清澈明亮，充满力量。自己内心充满喜悦，智慧清明，力量无比强大，能够驾驭旗帜。此外，在争论中获胜，对方皈依自己的教法；在战争中获胜，敌方成为自己的眷属；能够阻止猛烈的冰雹；能够制服和驯服贫瘠的土地；能够骑乘凶猛的野兽。

The degree of subduing gods and demons, the degree of binding gods and demons, the degree of gods and demons bestowing accomplishments, the degree of eliminating diseases from one's own body, and the degree of eliminating evil spirits, there are five in total. Among them, the first is the degree of subduing gods and demons: after subduing gods and demons, all the power of magical abilities disappears, descends upon oneself, and with faith and respect towards oneself, they prostrate, offer abundant offerings and respect, listen to the Dharma with a peaceful and docile attitude from the depths of their hearts, listen to all the teachings with a loving and compassionate heart, and with joy, accomplish all the entrusted tasks without delay. Until attaining Buddhahood, they become one's own retinue, promising to listen like servants. One becomes the king of Dharma, explaining the Dharma to many people; one becomes the king of humans, ruling over people, governing and subjugating, and changing the destiny of the entire world. Furthermore, rivers and oceans surge and swell, with turbulent waves, eventually calming down. In those calm rivers and oceans, one swims and frolics without fear or worry, able to freely control the rivers and oceans. A fiercely burning volcano, with flames rolling and spreading, emitting a loud noise, eventually subsides and becomes calm. Even if one jumps into the fire, there is no fear, and one can control the flames. In the perilous places of cliffs and deep canyons, even if one is in them, there is no fear, and one can again display the skill of jumping, able to freely control these perilous places. A great storm shakes violently, covering the sky, space, and earth. Eventually, the storm subsides and clears, and the sky and earth radiate with splendor, becoming incredibly clear and bright, filled with power. One's heart is filled with joy, wisdom is clear, and strength is incredibly powerful, able to control banners. Furthermore, one wins in arguments, and the opponent converts to one's own teachings; one wins in war, and the enemy becomes one's retinue; one can stop fierce hailstorms; one can subdue and tame barren lands; one can ride fierce beasts.

并且，将野牦牛和象的畏惧都用来驮运货物，使它们变得驯服，以及调伏烈马和新驴骡等等。 役使无量众多的牲畜，这些在体验中显现，或者特别是在梦中清晰显现，就是降伏了神鬼的程度。二是誓言所束缚：自己成为正法的君王，对众多有情施予戒律的教诲，并承诺守护这些戒律；从今乃至未证得佛果之间，断除对其他有情的损害，行持利益之事，尽力行善，并发誓；自己从本尊天神的身份，进入外、内、密任何一个坛城中，接受灌顶并立下誓言，安住于此，各自将各自的命精、命符等献给自己，并发誓直至轮回未空之间，成为自己的眷属；自己以所观想的光芒之绳索抓住，使其无处可去；安置于美好的房屋中，并被告知要努力修持这么多年；或者在岩石、山、树木、水洲等地，被告知在名为此地的地方，努力修持到今年为止，并发誓在此期间努力修持；或者任命许多人为各自的法官，并告知在今年或者未证得佛果之间，听从这位导师的教诲！不得做其他事情！按照导师所说去做，承诺并立誓那样做而听法，许多修行者也同样立下誓言；或者自己成为转轮圣王，为众多有情创造了许多世俗行为的法律制度，并施加于法律之上，承诺并立誓遵守这些法律；或者自己不是，而任命其他人为法律的长官，众多有情也承诺听从他们的教诲；此外，将任何种类的牲畜，关入坚固的围栏中，使其无处可去。

And, the fear of wild yaks and elephants is used to carry goods, making them docile, and taming wild horses and new mules, etc. To control the immeasurable multitude of livestock, and these appear in experience, or especially clearly appear in dreams, is the extent to which gods and demons are subdued. Second, being bound by vows: oneself becoming the king of Dharma, bestowing the teachings of discipline on many sentient beings, and promising to protect these precepts; from now until enlightenment is attained, abandoning harm to other sentient beings, doing beneficial things, doing as much good as possible, and vowing; oneself, from the identity of the yidam deity, entering any of the outer, inner, or secret mandalas, receiving empowerment and making vows, abiding therein, each offering their own life essence, life symbols, etc., to oneself, and vowing to become one's retinue until samsara is empty; oneself grasping with the rope of light of visualization, making it impossible to go anywhere; being placed in a beautiful house, and being told to strive to practice for so many years; or in rocks, mountains, trees, water islands, etc., being told to strive to practice in a place called this place until this year, and vowing to strive to practice during this period; or appointing many people as their respective Dharma judges, and being told to listen to the teachings of this teacher this year or until enlightenment is attained! No other work is allowed! Doing as the teacher says, promising and vowing to do so and listening to the Dharma, many practitioners also make the same vows; or oneself becoming a universal monarch, creating many secular laws for many sentient beings, and imposing them on the laws, promising and vowing to abide by these laws; or oneself not being, but appointing others as the chief of laws, many sentient beings also promising to listen to their teachings; in addition, any kind of livestock is locked in a strong fence, making it impossible to go anywhere.
