It has the form of fire, and between the two, one's own consciousness, called Gandharva, rides on the horse of life-force and enters there by the power of karma. Everything mixes and becomes solid, which is called earth. Earth acts as support, water as cohesion, fire ripens it, and wind makes it grow. Consciousness is called the space element, and space makes it open, thus the body is formed. The first body is formed from the navel, and the body relies on the navel's pulse. Gradually, in the beginning of the body's formation, the pulses are generated. First, four layers of pulse-wheels are formed at the navel, with sixty-four petals in the outer layer, twelve in the inner layer, and eight in the innermost layer, like stacked steps, called the Emanation Wheel, and the affliction is desire. In the heart, there is a pulse-wheel, the affliction is hatred, with two layers, eight petals in the outer layer, and four in the inner layer, existing like lotus petals, called the Dharma Wheel. Extending upwards from there, in the throat, there is a pulse-wheel, the affliction is jealousy, with two layers, sixteen petals in the outer layer, and eight in the inner layer, existing like the neck of a vase, called the Enjoyment Wheel. Extending upwards from there, at the crown of the head, there is a pulse-wheel, the affliction is ignorance, with three layers, thirty-six petals in the outer layer, ten in the inner layer, and five in the innermost layer, existing like an umbrella, called the Great Bliss Wheel of the Crown. Then, extending downwards from the navel, at the secret place, the pulse of the pulse-wheel is formed. There are three layers, with fourteen petals in the outer layer, eight in the inner layer, and four in the innermost layer, existing like a cushion, called the Bliss-Generating Wheel. Extending downwards from there, at the jewel pulse, there are sixteen petals, eight petals at the waist, and four petals at the tip, which is the tip of formation. Then, four pulses extend from the navel, which are the four limbs. Then, six pulses extend from the navel: the liver, two kidneys, heart, lungs, spleen, and from those pulses, pulses extend separately. From the liver, the eye pulse arises, from the two kidneys, two ears, from the heart, the tongue, from the lungs, the nose, and from the spleen, the lip pulse arises. Then, pulses extend from the navel, which are the stomach, large intestine, and white intestine.

It generates black veins, bile, bladder, bile ducts, and vessels. At the joints of the twelve great deities of the four limbs, there are two layers of pulse wheels, with twelve each inside and outside, totaling twenty-four. Five pulses extend in the lineage of the deities, and at the small joints, there are five pulses each inside and outside, forming the shape of two layers of pulse wheels. The four soles of the feet and palms of the hands have the shape of two layers of pulse wheels, and the two soles of the feet and two palms of the hands, totaling four, have two layers of pulse wheels, with twelve on the outside and six on the inside. Two pulses extend in the lineage of the small joints, and the central pulse wind arises in the center of the four pulse wheels. It is said that it is white on the outside and red on the inside, with a thickness like the thickest part of a bamboo arrow, inserted into the center of the secret pulse wheel of Marne, reaching upwards to the crown of the head and opening the pulse mouth. It is said that the Roma pulse arises on the right side of that. It is said that the Kyangma pulse arises on the left side. The color and thickness of both are similar to the central pulse, Marne. Reaching between the eighth and fourth petals of the secret pulse, the ends of the two pulses connect upwards into the central pulse, and then wrap around the central pulse upwards, contracting from the pulse wheel at the crown of the head into the central pulse, merging into one. The two thin pulse ends bend outwards like branches, connecting to the two eyes. From the confluence of the three pulses, a thin branch of the central pulse extends outwards, connecting to the glabella of the forehead. It is said that all three pulses are clear and transparent, filled with wind, and the central pulse also has the shape of four pulse wheels like bamboo joints inside, with the Dharma-nature central pulse in the center. Like the color of mercury, clear and transparent, with the nature of light. Without obscuration, clear and pure like crystal inside and out. The pulse is as thin as the thinnest part of Avadhūti, or like a thin needle, or like the thinnest silk thread, clear and transparent, containing the wind of awareness and wisdom. In the Roma pulse on the right, there is the wisdom pulse, red and transparent, as red as the color of a ruby, like the thinnest arrow shaft, or like the thinnest needle, in which there is a red bindu, as red as saffron juice.
