May you all attain the increase of stainless wisdom. Outward traces and great obstacles will arise, treasure them whenever you remember them. Transform all appearances of encounters into the path of enlightenment through skillful means. One's own merits, for the benefit of oneself and others, enjoy them like the wealth of a virtuous woman. Accomplish the benefit of oneself and others through various aspirations. If there are too many thoughts, they cannot be controlled. Please contemplate the meaning and make a firm decision. Gather all activities into one and increase the power of virtue. Realization and wisdom are the experience of contemplation, become accustomed to them as your own appearances. Mature yourself and others through the wisdom of realization. Third, learning the meaning of the Noble Eightfold Path: The Noble Nagarjuna said: Right view, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, right concentration, right speech, right action, and right thought are the eight limbs of the path. This should be cultivated in order to attain peace. As it is said. Merit is an obstacle to Dharma, if you abandon concerns and noise, you will be happy. Abandoning inverted effort is right effort. Wandering for food for a long time, if body and mind rely on a solitary place, you will be happy. This is right livelihood. Prolonged explanations lose their own meaning, do not be distracted, strive to practice. This is right speech. All Dharmas that are merely symbolic indications, do not put them on books, but experience them. This is right view. Profound instructions, keep them in your heart like secret vows. This is right action. Do not set understanding aside, but blend it with your own continuum. This is right thought. The unobstructed, self-arising mind of awareness, let it be free in the mindless realm. This is right mindfulness. Arising feelings and thoughts, like mist, naturally dissolve, do not chase after them. This is right concentration. These exist as they are for Bodhisattvas who abide on the path of meditation, but for ordinary people like us, they are only similar. Fourth, the profound meaning of the instructions: Wind, awareness, and habitual patterns are seeds, because they are the root of delusion, whatever the initial cause and condition, the coarse external following of its origin must be cut off. The introduction to the profound meaning depends on the words of the Lama. That is to say, wind and awareness.

Please provide an introduction that cuts off the root of all the karmic imprints of samsara that reside in the mind that is inseparable. Fifth, a detailed explanation of settling the inseparability of object and mind: Giving with the mind of enlightenment, everything is the self-born mind, so there is no near or far for phenomena of appearance and existence, settle in the vastness of self. This is saying that the yogi who has received the introduction should not waver in the three aspects of space, awareness, and appearance, and settle in the vastness of equality. These five are separated from the first general meaning. Second, regarding the instructions on placing the burden of practice on the key points of the path, there are two: First, a brief indication: Mixing mind and Dharma, view and meditation, distinguishing and choosing practices, making a final conclusion on the view, in order to transform equality into the path, the supreme instruction is to cut off attachment to all objects that harm the mind. This is saying that in order to practice the path, one is advised to cut off attachment. The detailed explanation is divided into four: First, identifying the demons with attachment: In the beginning, when one is a novice, enemies, friends, love, hatred, distracting wealth, attachment, hatred, and self-grasping are demons. This is saying that it indicates the attachment to objects with attachment. Second, indicating the method of cutting it off: It is said to cut off separation from objects. This is saying that for beginners, it is instructed to abandon objects. Third, identifying the demons without attachment and indicating the method of cutting them off: Without attachment, conceptual mind, arrogance, and fighting are demons, cut them off with fearless confidence. This is saying that because one knows that the internal attachment of the mind without attachment has not established a root, one cuts it off. Fourth, if it is not cut off, then indicating the placement of the burden, divided into three: First, regarding the determination of the demons without attachment, also divided into three: First, indicating that placing the burden is very important: At that time, if unfavorable circumstances arise, it is important to know that placing the burden is key. This is saying that for those with attachment, one should act like conforming to the world, and for those without attachment, one should make it taste equally and suppress it. Second, indicating the method of placing the example without arrogance: One should not have greed and arrogance, for sentient beings dwelling in dangerous places, using the mind in dangerous places without arrogance, bats and other plants also, without partiality of benefit and harm and arrogance, one should know it thus. Here, knowing it thus, like sentient beings and bats dwelling in dangerous places.
