Homage. The demon of joy and pride is the attachment that arises from relying on the qualities of the stages and paths. The demon of conceit is when various wandering thoughts arise at that time, preventing the mind from abiding. These are the realms of activity of demons, and to prevent falling into them, there are four key points of view: burning the great star in the stove, placing the great error at the edge, subduing the great poison with mantras, and suppressing the great vehicle with force. That is to say, just as a great star appears in empty space, the thoughts of the four demons appear in the empty state of mind. Among them, burning in the stove, the stove is the nature of reality, and burning is dissolving into self-arising self-pacification. For example, just as the great sun rises in the sky and suppresses the great star, no matter what thoughts and magical displays of the four demons arise, recognize them as magical displays of the mind and let them abide in self-arising self-pacification. Placing the great error at the edge is that the great error is the thoughts of the four demons, which lead one into the wrong path. Placing it at the edge is that whatever thought of the four demons arises, immediately follow it with awareness, cut its root, and let it go to self-pacification. Subduing the great poison with mantras is that if one does not recognize it, the poison will bring harm. If one recognizes it, just as subduing with mantras and medicines, it cannot bring harm, if thoughts are allowed to wander in one's own continuum, one will wander in samsara. Here, recognizing it as a demon and cutting it off on the path, thoughts cannot bring harm, because it will not go beyond the nature of reality. Suppressing the great vehicle with force is that the great vehicle is the Prajnaparamita, which is inexpressible and inconceivable. Suppressing with force is realizing that meaning, and all the thoughts of the four demons are suppressed. All thoughts are transformed into the Prajnaparamita, which is an inexpressible and inconceivable state. There are four aspects to meditation that is free from conceptual elaborations: not fixating on any object, not clinging to any support of the mind, relaxing the body and mind, and letting conceptual elaborations abide in self-arising self-pacification. First, not fixating on any object is that at the time of being introduced by opening the sky, the external coarse appearances are purified, and the inner non-conceptual wisdom self-arises, without fixating on any object, without fixating on any object such as form, sound, smell, taste, etc. That is to say,

At that time, do not excessively cultivate signs. Thus it is. The mind's support does not cling to anything, which is the nature of emptiness at the time of introduction, not clinging to any support. Not relying on external objects, not relying on the central channel, not relying on internal channels, winds, and bindus, etc. Rather, it is the naked, unsupported awareness, cutting off inconceivable movements, abiding in an inconceivable nature. Also, In which there is no form, no feeling, no perception, no mind. Thus it is said. Relaxing the mind is, when practicing in this way, relaxing as if cutting a rope. The physical effort is pacified. Abiding like a man who has finished his work, relax and abide in a nature free from pride. In short, the body is like a stone, the mind is naked, the behavior is unrestrained, the speech is like a mute, practicing in effortless effort. Also, at that time, the body and mind fly like a dakini bird. Thus it is said. Letting conceptual thoughts rest in self-liberation is, for example, like clouds in the sky, no matter what conceptual thoughts arise, they arise from the nature of emptiness of mind. Abiding also abides in the nature of emptiness of mind. Dissolving also dissolves in the nature of emptiness of mind. Therefore, because there is no clinging to where to go, no matter what conceptual thoughts arise, do not think or calculate, but relax and abide in self-arising self-liberation. At that time, a non-meditation of meditation will arise, from the nature of emptiness, free from mind, without focus on clarity, fiercely impacted by non-thought, meditation without focus, experience free from mind, a view that cuts off pride, and a realization that recognizes one's own nature will arise. Behavior including refuge and bodhicitta is, At all times, without moving from the nature of the view, like a dream, like an illusion, take refuge, generate bodhicitta, and request blessings. Then what is the need? Taking refuge pacifies the suffering of this life and future lives. Generating bodhicitta accomplishes the benefit of others. The infusion of blessings causes special samadhi to arise in the continuum. If explained extensively, refuge and bodhicitta are as before. If explained briefly, take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha, and then request blessings. The result is the four kayas of self-nature.
