At the time of introducing the opening of the door of space, experiencing the nature of mind, like space, without arising or ceasing, free from all elaborations, is called seeing the Great Mother, which is the Dharmakaya. Without straying from that state, abiding in that state and enjoying it, hence it is the Sambhogakaya. By this, the benefit of oneself and others is accomplished, and needs and desires arise, hence it is the Nirmanakaya. Such meaning has neither abandonment nor attainment, and since it is inherently complete in one's own mind nature, it is the Svabhavikakaya. Such four bodies are inherently present, and can be recognized from now on. It does not come from somewhere else at any time. Such four bodies inherently present are called Buddha, but that is only a conceptual designation. In reality, there is no mouth, eyes, ears, etc. It is only that emptiness becomes the manifest realm, and all conceptual thoughts dissolve into the realm of Dharma nature. The instructions on the four paths are: the essential words of the old yellow beard, the abundant provisions for death of aspiration, the practice of the hermit in the mountain cave, the guru yoga of Dharma Lord Rinchen (Rinchen Chokyi Drakpa, 1261-1317), and the hatred of Spang Ban. Do not show it to others, keep it in mind. Because it is a single transmission, do not spread it widely. Homage to all the lamas. General meaning four: This is the Prajnaparamita Chod instruction. Condensing the meaning of the instructions, there are three types of objects of focus: placing the object of focus on obstacles, placing the object of focus on diseases, and placing the object of focus on enemies. Placing the object of focus on obstacles has two aspects: harm from nature and rebound of curses. On this, the holy one said: When a great demon clings to the body like a snake, transform meditation into a hand; when curses thicken like clouds, meditation blows like the wind. The first has three aspects: making the demon timid, meditating after being timid, and deceiving. The first, making the demon timid, has three aspects: the tsok khorlo (gathering wheel), the lama shaking the bell, and building a palace. The tsok khorlo is when one invites the harming demon, separates one's own mind and awareness, along with the five material senses, the five vital organs, flesh and skin, bones, and...

Offer the internal organs as a feast to the demons. Restore the mind to the sky. Second, the Lama's shaking is: Visualize that the space between the flesh and skin is filled with various beings such as fish, frogs, salamanders, and frogs. Do not cling to the body, but let them do as they please. Second, building a palace is: Visualize how your body is suitable for the demon's palace, and ask the demon to reside there. The demon will not reside, but will go far away. These are the methods to make the demon ashamed. Meditating after being ashamed is: Visualize the harmful demon in the center of your heart, and also dissolve the demon that harms all sentient beings into it. Mentally offer him the offerings that he likes. If you think it is very precious, he will not stay, because the demon is recited like a Yidam deity. Deceiving and reciting is: The demon is also empty, and you are also empty. Thus, emptiness does not benefit or harm emptiness. Just as the eastern sky does not benefit or harm the western sky, nor does it bring harm. This is how it is explained. External emptiness cannot benefit or harm internal emptiness. When the sky meets, there is no partiality. When emptiness meets, there is no benefit or harm. These are called using Samadhi like a hand. If curses are as dense as clouds, then Samadhi blows like the wind is: No matter what curse happens, offer the body as a seat to him. With Samadhi, invite him from the place where the curse has disappeared, and visualize him residing in his own place. Offer the utensils that are suitable for him as offerings. Offer yourself and your territory as attendants, as servants. Please let him always reside in my house, thus building a palace. In this way, his harmful thoughts will be transformed, and he will become a Dharma protector. This is Samadhi blowing like the wind. These are placing the target on the demon. Placing the target on the disease has eight methods. First, if the fever in the upper body is burning like fire, then meditate on Samadhi like ice, and visualize a thumb-sized, upright, cool ice cube in the center of the heart, and visualize it becoming larger and larger, and the body is filled with cold. If the cold in the lower body is raging like water, then ignite Samadhi like fire, and visualize a blazing flame in the excretory passage, like a medium-sized butter lamp.
