Therefore. Everything is self-arisen, etc., ten verses. As mentioned above, everything is one's own mind, so there is no need to meditate with antidotes and effort. The distinctions of meditation such as "clear and open," etc., are like the examples of water and butter, showing that there is no duality between the meditator and the object of meditation. Third, if one is seized by the view of spontaneous arising, then conduct is one's own play. "One's own conduct," etc., six verses. One should not conduct oneself with conduct that deliberately seeks the meaning of emptiness, nor should the appearances of experience be held by the antidote of clinging. If one does not understand self-liberation, it will become a bondage. However, if applying an antidote also becomes self-liberation, then there is no prohibition. However, conduct without realization should not be done. According to this view, for conceptual thoughts such as afflictions, directly cut them off with a powerful antidote, and cultivate the wisdom that cuts them off as emptiness. This is said to be the supreme conduct. Fourth, if experience transcends the mind, "Experience," etc., ten verses. This is the instruction for cutting off the wrong paths of the path. The root of demons is attachment to characteristics, so meditating on characteristics is not meditating on the Perfection of Wisdom. If asked what it is, it is the nature of being separated from the meditator and the object of meditation, and being devoid of all clinging. When appearances and mind are placed in non-attachment, then all the distinctions of experience are also broken down into emptiness. Even for hundreds of thousands of kalpas, if one meditates on the object and the subject, then it is not the path of that. However, in the moment of realizing emptiness, all demons will be liberated in their own place. Therefore, for this reason, relying on the supreme lama is extremely important. Thus it is said. The demons created by the mind are shown to be two. One, the demon of the result with desire, "Supreme," etc., five verses. That is, the warmth signs of the path of the three vehicles and the desire for the result, and attachments, etc., are demons. Also, if it is self-nature, then it cannot be cultivated. "Body, speech, and mind," etc., eleven verses. What liberates from the above causes and results, such as hope and attachment, is that if one realizes one's own body, speech, and mind, then they are the three bodies. Therefore, there is no need to cultivate the Buddha from elsewhere.
