From the depths of my heart, I confess. I have not entered the great mandala of empowerment of the glorious Heruka, the glorious father and mother. Separated from the practice of the generation and completion stages of the path of liberation, I have been swayed by recklessness and laziness, I confess. Especially, regarding the glorious protector and retinue, the accumulation of outer, inner, and secret samaya substances, and the offerings of years, months, and seasons for the practice of the deity, due to distraction, I have not performed them, I confess. The destroyer of the Buddha's teachings and the happiness of beings, the perverted guide who possesses the ten fields, the enemy. I have not performed the wrathful actions of empowerment, and I have not benefited with love, I confess. The fourteen root downfalls and other secret mantras, the violation of vows, taking self-admission, and the vows of repentance and restoration through the four powers, I have not performed them and have forgotten them, I confess. In short, from beginningless time, in my own mindstream, due to the habitual tendencies of the thick darkness of ignorance, the displeasing of the gurus, yidams, and dharma protectors, may all accumulations of faults be purified through confession. Fulfillment of the heart commitment: Gather the substances for fulfillment that appear in the text. Bless the fulfillment torma as before. Bless also with the six mantras and six mudras. The newly compiled fulfillment is: with music and melodies, Hūṃ! The essence is the state of being free from elaboration since the beginning. The form is the outer, inner, and secret offering substances. The function is the six faculties of non-leakage. May the great bliss offering create joy! Clear and cool sleepers swirl in the vessel without turbidity. The great red blood sea is in the skull, a rosary of heads. The offering goddesses, closely intertwined, fully connect. The uninterrupted stream of Argha water of ambrosia. May the heart vows of the Lama Yidam Dakinis be fulfilled. May the heart vows of the glorious protector A-gho-ra be fulfilled.
