If it is like that, then what should be abandoned is not tainted by the defilements of afflictions. Just as a crystal ball emerges from the mud, its rays cannot be blocked. One's own mind is without turbidity, and wisdom naturally arises as its inherent quality. The purification of the defilements of karma is like wiping a magical mirror; purity and the appearance of images are simultaneous. Pure self-appearance becomes the basis for the two form bodies. Being free from the defilements of negative habitual tendencies, like the moon being freed from Rahu, it becomes the illuminator of darkness. The co-emergent wisdom of the primordial meaning, abiding within oneself, becomes the antidote to ignorance. That nature of aimless, primordially pure, is the wisdom of the completely pure nature of mind. Saying "not knowing anything" in Tibet means that the mind, liberated from karma, is nakedly recognized. Thus, in the Vajra Song it is said: Just as a pure sapphire has rays because of the sun, on the clear awareness without turbidity, stainless causal wisdom arises. An unclean mirror does not show images, luminous, free from elaboration, co-emergent. The purity of awakening from the sleep of ignorance, when appearances arise, is nothing other than karma. Thus, the chapter on determining things is finished. Next, the second part is the confirmation of reality. Holy one, what is Prajnaparamita? He replied: It is being apart from speech. What is Mahamudra? He replied: It is being apart from mental activity. What is the Buddha's intention? He replied: It is being apart from conceptualization. What is meditation? He replied: It is co-emergent. What is the dissolution of delusion? He replied: All inner and outer phenomena are liberated on one word. If this chapter is explained, then the number of internal divisions is bound by ten different points of demarcation. First, asking about the definite meaning of immaculate. Second, showing that its meaning is empty of expresser and expressed. Third, asking about the meaning of the pure essence. Third, answering that it is not an object of memory. Fourth, asking about the meaning of the holy one. Fifth, the answer is grasping.
