Sixth, showing that the wisdom of the mind is liberated in itself. Seventh, showing the way to practice the path. Eighth, showing that in the uninterrupted clarity of the object, the grasping nature is empty by itself. Ninth, asking about the way in which meaning is empty by truth. Tenth, showing that the exhaustion of the certainty of the answer and the liberation of the mind in itself are simultaneous. Among them, the first is asking about the meaning of the immaculate, it is like this: Venerable, what is Prajnaparamita? What is asked is: Asking about the meaning of the essence. The second is the answer, showing that what is said is empty by what can be said, it is like this: It is called being free from speech. It is said: The Sutra Prajnaparamita and the Path Prajnaparamita are distinguished, here the Fruit Prajnaparamita is directly identified. Then, how is it free from speech? The Dharma abides in four kinds of nature, namely: with the nature of non-duality, it is free from the speech of difference; with the nature of wisdom, it is free from the speech of ignorance; with the nature of illusion, it is free from the speech of self-nature; with the nature of Dharmakaya, it is free from the speech of change. Such a nature, with the grasper and the grasped purified in itself, is called non-dual. That is also because the essence of experience appears as awareness, so it is wisdom. That is also because the appearance is empty by truth, so it is like illusion. Liberation from it is Dharmakaya. That which is uninterrupted and completely pure, because the path of words is cut off, so it meets in non-speech. It is also said in the Vajra Song: The grasper and the grasped are purified on their own basis, non-dual wisdom is free from difference, self-mind is not real, self-awareness experience is wisdom, the object is the nature of wisdom, the nature of illusion is empty in essence, unborn and unceasing state of space, the mother of all Buddhas of the three times. It is said like this. The third is asking about the essence of purity, it is like this: What is Mahamudra? What is asked is: Asking about the nature of being free from mind. The fourth is the answer, showing that it is not the object of memory, it is like this: It is called being free from attention. It is said: The characteristic of the meaning of Mahamudra itself is: How is it free from attention?

Yes, it is indicated by the guru's signs, but cannot be identified, so it is free from mental engagement. In an instant, there is no dualistic consciousness. Ah! By understanding the key point of the decisive three times, the hairs of memory are naturally released there, free from mental engagement. Between distraction and abiding, the essence has no name, so it is free from mental engagement. The various appearances of the objects of the six external aggregates arise, but these are empty of their own essence, so no true entity is established, so it is free from mental engagement. The inner experience of awareness, which is not identified as the shape or color of memory, cannot be examined for its sudden characteristics, so it is free from mental engagement. The way things are is like that, because the minds of sentient beings are of a deluded nature. Although it is impossible to engage mentally, they do engage mentally, so there the continuity of karma is connected, so they wander in the three realms. To reverse this, rely on the guru's instructions, knowing not to chase after past thoughts, awareness not to welcome future thoughts, and not to raise the proliferation of present thoughts. From that method, three special qualities will arise: not chasing after the past, so the poison of afflictions will not rise; not welcoming the future, so the grass of outflows will be burned in the fire; not raising the proliferation of thoughts, so the bonds of attachment and aversion will be loosened. That is the key point. Because thoughts are not transformed, awareness is free from elaboration. Such a key point, the pure essence will not change, and it will be met without the coming and going of luminosity. Thus, in the Vajra Song it is also said: From thought to forgetting is the place of distraction, the self-liberation of hairs is of the three times, the decisive awareness is the pure essence, and on that the dualistic desire is liberated. Non-thought is the Vajra Throne, abiding apart from the realm of speech, the various appearances are without nature, the appearances of the six aggregates are empty of essence, and the inner mind is also like that. This is the fifth question about the ultimate meaning. What is called the Buddha's intention? The answer is: It is a question about what is without error and without fabrication. The sixth is the teaching that clinging is naturally liberated, which refers to being free from conceptual thought. What is said is: How is the Buddha's intention free from conceptual thought? The intention of the Buddha, who is the nature of the five bodies, is wisdom, which is free from mind.
