Where is it? Everything done in this life, apart from the causes of attachment and aversion, is there a need? Please contemplate. The size of men and the intelligence and foolishness of women will all be revealed at the time of death. It is most important for the strong and wise not to be arrogant. Most of what is done only becomes a cause of samsara. Therefore, one must use the whip of diligence to recognize impermanence. As it is said in the Jewel Ornament of Quotations: "When the thought of impermanence and the mind of death arise in one's being, one is freed from attachment to things. As long as the thought of impermanence and the mind of death have not arisen, the chains of delusion will not be broken. Without impermanence arising in one's being, one cannot ascend the grounds and paths through Dharma. Consider death, even with a beautiful face." This is the seventh, showing the impermanent and illusory nature of compounded things, and that life is meaningless. Is there a need for the future of this life, or is there no need? Please carefully Observe. That is to say, all actions that do not become provisions for the next life are meaningless and should be regarded as causes of suffering. This world is as fleeting as a flash of lightning, and this life is like dew on the tip of grass. There is no time to stay even for a moment. Day and night diminish life, and no one can add to it. For example, a pond with a broken dam has a hole. The lives of sentient beings are heading towards death and will not turn back to the side of immortality. There is no turning point on the path of death. The body is impermanent, like a high mound, and is subject to destruction. Is there any other way to deal with this endless and heavy debt? This food is not eaten with the stomach, but with the heart. Clothes are not worn with the eyes, but with the cold. Do not waste your life for the sake of food and clothing. Is there a need to make the three doors of body, speech, and mind slaves to desire? Before enlightenment is achieved, everything done in this life becomes a cause of suffering. Are we not enjoying delusion? If we do not understand that all the efforts and hard work of this life are meaningless, it is because we see suffering as an ornament. Please examine your own minds, like the moon in a butter lamp, it has already passed. If there is sincerity in your heart, you will not have time to be lazy. If you do not practice, the Sutra says: How

A blind painter. Without meditation, Dharma is also like that. Word. Therefore, the thirteenth chapter, on the meaninglessness of non-Dharma activities, has ended. The fourteenth chapter, on how the initial practitioner should also stay away from obstacles, is here. The holy one said: When the initial practitioner practices, he must turn his back on his homeland. Say. Why is that? Asked. Answer: The homeland is the prison of the five poisons. If you do not alienate relatives and friends, it will be difficult to cut off the continuation of greed and hatred. Living in a foreign land, half of the Dharma is accomplished. Virtuous deeds naturally increase. Therefore, it is easy for Samadhi to arise in the mind. In general, abandoning nearby places is the teaching of yogis. Say. If we explain from these aspects, we can determine it with eight points: First, it is stated that the initial practitioner should stay away from obstacles, which is one. Asking about its key points and reasons is two. The answer is that demons cannot be defeated in one's own homeland, which is three. Because the final efforts are not gathered, there is no opportunity to practice Dharma, which is four. It is stated that attachment is less in foreign lands, which is five. It is stated that one can be liberated from inferior actions there, which is six. It is stated that that is the best method, which is seven. It is stated that for the weak, bad conditions are demons, which is eight. Among them, it is stated that the initial practitioner should stay away from obstacles Is here. The holy one said: In the initial practice, in the practice, one must turn one's back on one's homeland. It is said that the initial practitioner is the one who practices Tummo yoga. One should also stay away from obstacles, that is, stay away from places that generate greed and hatred. This teaching of ours is somewhat different from other practice lineages in the way of cutting off the path. If we do not first tame friendly behavior, It is thought that meditation cannot remove defilements. An enlightened person is reluctant to meditate, just like a king doing the behavior of a blind person. Here, it is extracted from the three paths of hardship that ultimately realize enlightenment: First, it is impossible for there to be no enemies on the path to liberation. In order not to let practice fall into obstacles, the initial practitioner should stay away from obstacles. Because it is impossible for those in the desire realm to be without anger. Second, in order not to let afflictions enter one's own mind stream, the antidote
