Just as the obscured moon does not enter the constellations, so too should practice be done in solitude, not amidst crowds. Cut off connections based on favoritism, and do not be a leader of gatherings. Do not offer greetings to old acquaintances, and do not rely on female attendants. Do not make witty retorts, and do not flaunt wealth. Do not utter idle gossip, and do not speak of false meditative experiences. Do not seek food and wealth through Dharma, and do not pursue the increase of wealth. Do not stir up many thoughts, and do not boast of one's learning. Protect precious precepts, and do not divulge secrets. Do not make offerings to spirits, and do not request blessings from gods. Do not eat practice as food, and do not wear blessings as clothing. Do not flaunt your hidden qualities to others, and do not please patrons for offerings. Do not act like a great person, and occupy a humble position. Do not follow in the footsteps of superiors, and do not be attached to fixed places and times. Do not disregard people, and do not sell yourself cheaply. Do not eat for the sake of the stomach, and do not wear clothes for the sake of showing off. Do not learn the art of flattery, and do not do Dharma activities that only seek immediate pleasure. Do not waste days and nights, and restrain body and speech. View distraction as an enemy, and recognize merit as an obstacle. Do not make new friends with faith, and do not despise old ones. Do not associate with people who are not genuine inside and out, and remain only in solitude. The six dharmas of meditation: many lead to disputes, two lead to competition. Like a ring on a young girl's finger, solitude brings happiness. Thus it is said. Ninth, recognizing the cause of faults: Samsara is a prison of suffering, meaning that once a person becomes the leader of a gathering, entangled in worldly affairs, they cannot escape the state of suffering. The greater the power, the deeper the suffering. If the retinue is strong, they will not obey; if weak, they will be unreliable. The leader is enslaved by the strength and weakness of the retinue, trapped in the prison of worldly affairs, unable to escape until death. This is the principle of the wicked oppressing the good. Tenth, explaining the method of severing connections, destroying the foundation of harmony, this is to counteract, in order to accomplish the path of liberation.

There is no need for conformity, because it is a worldly religion of maintaining face. If a practitioner is skilled in conformity, then Svāhā (藏文:སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā,汉语字面意思:Accomplishment). If one is not disillusioned with this life, then one understands. Accomplishment). If one does not cut off the bonds of attachment, then one understands. If a yogi accepts accumulating merit, then Svāhā (藏文:སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:svāhā,汉语字面意思:Accomplishment). If one does not turn away from the great methods of the world, then one understands. A great yogi will be liberated from the eight worldly dharmas. How does he understand conformity? A middling yogi needs to be one who does not seek the fulfillment of desires. For him, there is no need for conformity. Even a lower yogi, if he experiences view, meditation, and practice, people will see him as intelligent. No matter what life is like, he will eventually become a breaker of vows. Because they do not value this, by the power of the wall of maintaining face collapsing, even if they understand conformity, they do not understand, and even if they understand, they do not want to do it. It is like feeding someone with dysentery. He will not clearly understand the worldly affairs. Skilled in conforming to worldly dharmas, creating erroneous worldly wealth, the great yogi is carried away by the wind, because he has lost this life. Divine dharma and human dharma are opposed to each other, so humans live in the enclosure of attachment, which is like a wall. The yogi wants to transcend the result, but his behavior is inconsistent with worldly dharmas. Because he destroys the enclosure of fame and gain, the wall collapses. Eleventh, this shows that the enemy is a fierce demon. If we cannot subdue our own mind, then the harm-doer is endless. That is to say, if we cannot subdue our short-sighted and evil nature, then we will regard our own nature as the enemy. For example, when a fierce dog gets angry, it throws stones back at the stone and hurts itself. Because of the power of seeing appearances as enemies, the harm-doer is endless, so we ourselves hurt ourselves. Please understand that impure self-appearance is the adhesive of sin. From the instructions of "The Lamp of the Mind": If you cannot subdue your own mind, the harm-doer is endless. Repeated words are like thorns on the road. Impure appearances make one's own mind the enemy. Evil sees the external as the enemy from within. Burning oneself, how pitiful! Said. Twelfth, the antidote to subdue it
