The meaning of which will not be revealed. Therefore, for the individual who is the basis for accomplishing the path to liberation, it is crucial to first encounter the Dharma without changing one's mind. Even if one encounters it, if there is no perseverance, the Dharma will not adhere. Merely encountering the Dharma will not traverse the stages and paths. To accomplish the fruit, one needs diligence. If perseverance is not developed in the heart, one will not be able to endure hardships. Therefore, it is crucial to uphold vows in the middle. For a person who lacks perseverance in their own practice, there is no connection with the signs of the path. Merely the arising of realization does not sever the ground. If there is no perseverance in the heart, the practice will not reach the end. Because it is said that after virtuous deeds, the results will manifest, it is crucial that the end is not reversed, with actions as the main focus. To prevent this from being reversed, one needs dried perseverance. Establish. Agitate. If these three do not rely on one's own mindstream, then when? Greed. Laziness. Abiding in these three, the practice of taking suffering upon oneself, when the time comes, one will not weep. For the faith of the people of Lhasa, dried perseverance is needed. If one does not associate with this, with the skill of deceiving appearances and the power of shallow wisdom, it is easy to become accustomed to mistakes, and the mind of this life will not change. To prevent that from changing, where will the Dharma come from? For agonizing devotion, one needs perseverance that is built as a friend. If one does not associate with this, habitual tendencies will be strong, ༄༅། །And, by the force of the steep cliff of self-grasping, afflictions are strong, and the flow of outflows will not gather. If it escapes into one's own mindstream, there is no difference from an ordinary person. For the desire of longing, one needs perseverance that agitates as a friend. If one does not associate with this, the power of desire blazing like fire, and the subtle growth and increase, it is difficult to separate from attachment, and actions will not settle. If one does not give that up, one will not find the opportunity to engage in virtuous deeds. If there is perseverance, there is divine Dharma, and if there is no perseverance, there is no Dharma. Aro's rebirth is a virtuous fortune, the skill of deceiving appearances easily becomes accustomed to mistakes. Habitual tendencies are strong, and afflictions grow and increase. Desire blazes like fire, and attachment is difficult to separate from. Self-grasping is a steep cliff, and laziness is deeply rooted. These beings, from the prison of samsara, cannot be liberated, and are tormented only by suffering. The fault is not in others, but in oneself. Perseverance is crucial, and without it, one loses the path to liberation. That's all. Aro's rebirth is a virtuous fortune, the skill of deceiving appearances easily becomes accustomed to mistakes.

Afflictions are intense and increase, desires are like fire, and it is difficult to abandon attachment and clinging. Self-grasping is like a dangerous pass, and laziness is the root. These beings are trapped in the prison of samsara, unable to escape, and are tormented only by suffering. The wrongdoer is not someone else, but oneself. Diligence is essential; without it, there is no escape from samsara. Thus it is said. Fourth, it is explained that when the inner causes are weak, external conditions cannot enter. For a person who has no faith in their heart, even if they hear the Dharma in their ear, they will not keep it in mind. This is to say that there are three ways of explaining this in terms of the ground, the path, and the result. Even if one's mind is not changed by sectarian views, in the continuum of beings, at the time of initially laying the foundation, there is no bondage of laziness for the faith that is relied upon. For someone who has no wisdom, like a bee sucking nectar, if the condition is a virtuous friend, even if they hear the teachings that show the faults of samsara in their ear, because they have no faith to rely on, the suffering of the three lower realms will not remain in their mind for even a moment. Because they do not have the fortune to practice the Dharma. Second, for the mind that desires liberation and nirvana, at the time of practicing the path in between, because the defilement of confusion arises in the initial faith, for a person who has no cause, like the moon appearing in the ocean, even if a holy lama speaks the teachings of pure lineage in their ear, because the other person has no initial faith, the infallibility of cause and effect will not be kept in mind. Therefore, the path of practice they see is meaningless. Third, when a practitioner enters the noble path, at the time of finally uniting with the result, for the faith of certainty in the continuum, there is no thought of doubt, just like meeting someone familiar from the past. For a person who has no definite knowledge, even if a venerable lama speaks of the path of secret mantra realization in their ear, if it is practiced, such signs and experiences will arise, Even if it is explained in this way, because there is no faith of certainty, the way of arising of the five aggregates will not be kept in mind. Therefore, where is the extent of one's own continuum, and where is the place to recognize the abiding place? This is what is in accordance with the nature of beings. Fourth, it is explained that when the inner causes are weak, external conditions cannot enter. For a person who has no faith in their heart, even if they hear the Dharma in their ear, they will not
