It is said that he is a venerable person, and even if one originally had no faith, just by looking at his face once, they would regard him as the second Buddha. Saying that he is a lowly person from afar is actually making him an object of compassionate care. Those who are repulsive, some are due to internal factors, and some are due to different ideas, but in any case, they all become the cause of generating samsara without distinction. Second, ask to determine his situation. Asking "What did you see" is actually asking what the reasons are for being repulsive. Third, observing the movement of the eyes, one is ashamed of not seeing what is necessary. Saying "The next life is not remembered even for a moment" is because of the ignorance of clinging to the appearance of this life, even for a brief moment, as eternal. For the things of the next life, one does not do anything at all. Just running around for food and drink, one does not remember the sacred Dharma even for a moment. Such a human body is more repulsive than livestock. Fourth, one is ashamed of becoming a slave to food and drink. Saying "In terms of Dharma, not even a moment's thought arises" refers to those ignorant people who know they will die but do not consider practicing Dharma. They have lost the meaning of life. Even though a human body without Dharma is empty, one does not make any effort to do good. Such behavior is repulsive. Samsara is the source of suffering, but one does not generate even a trace of fear, truly feeling at ease. Clearly, the next life is more important, but one does not consider the Dharma to prepare for death, making the body and mind slaves to desire. One is not tired of such suffering, relying on useless lungs, which is truly repulsive. Fifth, one is ashamed of relying on an impure face. This is it. Saying that I am a lowly person from afar, and that one needs to put an instruction in their heart, is because he is not an ordinary person. It is said that he is an emanation of a venerable person, and even if one originally had no faith, just by looking at his face once, they would regard him as the second Buddha. Saying that he is a lowly person from afar is actually making him an object of compassionate care. Saying that one needs to put an instruction in their heart is actually the oral Dharma of just looking at the face. Sixth, one is ashamed of the false connection with Han China. Saying "In reality, I am a person from afar who is close to Nepal, and I have no actual relationship with Han China" generally

There are many of this kind. In particular, it is said that this was spoken to the merchant Zhangzhung Gepo. If you come along the way, why bother coming from afar? It is not for this purpose that you come. Even if you come for this purpose, if you do not practice the Dharma, there is no real benefit, it is all in vain. You come out of joy and hope. With the power of impure motivation, even if you give instructions, you will not understand. Seventh, the shame of having no place to enter is this: without devotion in your heart, you say, "Please bless me, please bless me." In the mind of the person who is the object of refuge, there is no concept of seeing the lama as a Buddha. Naturally, out of joy and hope, you say, "Please bless me." Prostrating is not correct, and if it is not motivated by devout faith, then it is not sincere. Or you hope that the motivation is that the enemy will not come to invade, or you say "Please bless me" because of someone else's convenience. Circumambulating is only in appearance, and there is no place to enter into the blessing. For example, it is like cold pottery that cannot stick to anything. Eighth, the shame of the dryness of the warmth of practice is this: blessings will come, blessings will come. It is said that if you ask for blessings, your mouth will be filled with excrement. The greater the devotion, the greater the blessing. Medium devotion, medium blessing. Low devotion, that much blessing. No devotion, no blessing. For example, it is like expecting rain in a cloudless sky. It is said that you must put a single instruction in your heart, this is just verbal teaching. Sixth, the shame of the wrong Han Chinese way of practice is this: to a person who comes from afar near Nepal, you say that I have no real wealth. In general, there are many of this kind. In particular, it is said that this was spoken to the merchant Zhangzhung Gepo. If you come along the way, why bother coming from afar? It is not for this purpose that you come.
