Two, if the meaning of the future life is realized, then without waiting for the later ones to arrive, it is regarded as already realized, there are thirteen points in total. The first point is that it shows that the favorable conditions for Dharma are not the path to worldly promotion. The holy one said: Some people, like us, say that studying Buddhism is useless, so they don't look up. The holy one said: If Menu Ge-Ebar has the ability to study Buddhism, then anything will appear as a favorable condition. Without judging whether a certain ethnic group has no faith, but saying that people like us who have no merit are useless in studying Buddhism, it is because they do not want to study Buddhism from the bottom of their hearts. If you want to, there is no excuse to find. The holy one said, open your eyes and look up, thinking that if there is no Dharma, you will die anyway, but they did not look at it this way, so there is no excuse to find. The second point is to ask about the key reasons. Asking "What's the matter?" is actually asking why studying Buddhism is useless. The third point is that adversity is shown as a whip to spur faith. The more suffering and adversity, the better, because they are the root of the Dharma. Happiness, happiness, worldly joy, and entertainment venues are not the root of the Dharma. The root of the Dharma is experiencing suffering, because it can liberate people from samsara. If unfavorable conditions increase, you will first be tired of the affairs of this life, so it is a good thing. The completely disgusted mind is the root of the Dharma. When praising the superposition of adversity, the first thing that comes to mind is the Dharma. Because the cause has the faith that opens the eyes of wisdom, the self-nature of samsara cannot be separated from suffering. If it is not the eyes of that time, you will not see this. If you don't escape separately, there will be no real liberation. Only after experiencing suffering will the idea of "I must practice the Dharma myself" arise. Because the root of liberation from samsara is suffering, it is considered the joy of practicing the Dharma. As the Vajra Song says: Without suffering, there is no renunciation. Suffering makes people tired of this life. This weariness leads people to the path of liberation. Suffering is the mother who nourishes faith. Faith is the boat that saves samsara. Without experiencing suffering, there will be no weariness of what you depend on, so you will not attain Bodhi. Fourth, practice vigorously.

This is to show the causes that are obstacles. It is good if one's own abilities are weak. The so-called "do not support the shoulders of worldly people" means: Compared to great goodness and small evil, if one's own abilities are weak, one cannot achieve worldly greatness, so it is good. This becomes auspicious, because worldly affairs do not occur, so Dharma is accomplished. Because one does not support the shoulders of prominent people, one feels content. People with strong abilities who pursue high positions will not believe in Dharma, because they value fame and fall into the net of the eight worldly concerns. For the sake of rewards in this life, they pursue worldly greatness, so they cannot avoid being tainted by sin. Like unwise people, they take responsibility upon themselves. For those who practice Dharma, strong abilities are like shackles, especially for monks and nuns. Merely becoming a worldly ruler means simultaneously abandoning Dharma. One cannot accomplish anything by relying on others. Therefore, evil people use power, spending their lives working for others, and ultimately achieve nothing. This is what is called great evil, like escaping from keen eyes. The fifth is to show the place where the habits of samsara reside. It is good if there is no parental kindness. The so-called "less defilement of samsara" means: For the only son of a powerful person, there is no time to grow old, and he is always busy managing the household. If he wants to become a monk, his mother will threaten him with a whip. Even if he has faith and wisdom, he will not be sent far away to study. Because of parental kindness, they are arranged to pursue worldly greatness, so they cannot practice Dharma. The greater the kindness, the more it becomes an obstacle to the path of liberation. The sixth is to show that gathering together promotes the causes of Dharma. It is good if there are many illnesses. This is to encourage diligence by remembering death. It means: For a wise person, if there are many illnesses, he will know that the root of illness lies in death. My body is repeatedly ill, which shows that one day it will collapse. If I recover this time, I will think, "If I die without practicing Dharma," and thereby strengthen my resolve. In this way, impermanence arises in the mind, which is good for practicing Dharma. It is easy to be free from attachment and aversion. Therefore, they regard practice as the core. This is to strengthen resolve by remembering death. Recognizing impermanence and encouraging diligence, this is how illness is transformed into auspiciousness.
