Constrain with the four postures of the body and the focus of the mind, and direct awareness sharply at that. Do not let consciousness contract inward, but let the five sense doors appear naturally. Extend the duration of focus on that. Afterward, dismantle it abruptly and extend it slowly. Fill a skull cup of a qualified person with the marrow of a woman, and seal it with a mirror on top of a mandala. Place a karshapanas with a child on top of it. Recite a hundred thousand mind-training recitations over the marrow. When you know the stars are rising, turn your back to the sun. Place the karshapana under your tongue and massage your body with the marrow. During that time, do not let the mind watch the mind. Do not meditate on the generation stage or the completion stage. Do not have the thought, "What is this?" about consciousness. Do not let the mind fall to any side. During that time, gradually lead the consciousness to slower behavior. Gorochana, the seeds of madder, on pills rolled in honey, recite a hundred thousand mind-training essences, then roll it in old silk and hang it around your neck. Awareness should be grasped with a firm foundation. During praise, cut off consciousness and release the consciousness that is liberated from experience. Practice that for short periods but many times. Sweep away the sindhura powder offered to the selflessness mother with peacock feathers, mix it with natural blood, recite a hundred thousand mind-training essences, and repeat the dot three times between the eyebrows. Naturally, Direct focus intensely at the way of seeing. One should become accustomed to and cultivate the consciousness that is dismantled and released abruptly. The root of samsara and nirvana is the mind. When searching, liberation from the essence of "What is this?" is cutting off the beginning and end of samsara. Placing the mind on what has not found its essence is meditation. Knowing that whatever thoughts arise in that are the nature of reality is practice. The arising of dualistic mind in the ground is experience. The end of mind becoming self-liberated is seeking the fruit. When afflictions suddenly arise in the continuum, do not view them as something to be abandoned, but pour the water of sharp awareness on them. By grasping slightly, their characteristics will become clear and they will naturally liberate. If subtle distinctions arise in the object, stimulate the appearing object with a different way of seeing. In this way, afflictions will appear as wisdom. Although appearances in conventional reality arise as various interdependent events, what is the essence?

Since I have not achieved, realizing the absence of inherent existence, my mind merges with self-liberation. For my own benefit, I attain the fruition of the Dharmakaya. The power of aspiration goes ahead, Therefore, the activity of compassion is unceasing. For the benefit of others, the two form bodies accomplish the welfare of beings. The supreme place where the holy beings such as Sma and She'u reside is called Womo. The son of Jowo, named Tenne, after practicing virtue with the nature of ignorance of wisdom, The one called "The Garland of Clear Great Seal" has the initiation bindu placed in one hundred and ten places. Possessing the mind that experiences the reasoning of examination, The one with the eyes of instructions, please forgive the one called mistake. The treasury of secret instructions, "The Garland of Clear Great Seal," or the one with the eyes of intricate illusion. That one hundred and ten, called the precious initiation bindu. The yogi who holds the secret mantra, completed by glorious Akshobhya Vajra. General remarks. The fortunate one receives the blessing of the guru on the crown of their head. The unfortunate one returns empty-handed from the Jewel Island. Unable to be generous, the guru is relied upon for a short time. Not practicing meditation instructions, not being free at gatherings, not valuing practice, favoring the books of Laur. When receiving the letters, they say there are instructions. Happy in their mind, but realization will certainly not arise. Not knowing it is an image, a foolish child. The scriptures and the owner are mixed up. The supreme instructions are extremely rare. Therefore, those who practice are rare. Searching, one cannot find a suitable child. The unfortunate one is of no benefit to the Dharma. Therefore, hide the oral transmission in your heart. Not diligent in the instructions. That person who is confident in asking is known by the sign of not practicing. To whom do you give the instructions these days? You think, the fortunate ones are few. Is there perhaps a practitioner who has not been taken by demons? One in a hundred. Not desiring merit, not seeing the Dharma. Lying to their own image. Seeking food and wealth with the Dharma. What is the need for that? As long as desire is not abandoned, so long as the path to liberation is turned away from. Although it is said by the Victorious Ones, they do not believe it to be true, a foolish child. Who from within samsara is liberated? When I looked at the scriptures of the Buddha's words, not one of the letters became an instruction. Rare realization.
