Furthermore, awareness is to be set up like a spear, it is said. The key is to not be distracted when applying awareness to one's view. During meditative equipoise, experiences of post-meditation will also arise, the union of equipoise and post-meditation. Through meditation without distraction, wisdom will reach its limit and proceed to the view. The union of view and meditation. Since appearances are unceasing and clarity is known to be emptiness, the union of appearance and emptiness. Thus, the meaning of awareness is self-luminous, and therefore it is the inseparability of awareness and emptiness. The inseparability of truth is what this refers to. Thus, the root of this understanding arises from the qualities of non-distraction from the view. This is also stated in the last testament: 'A distracted mind will not realize that nature. Dingriwa, do not separate from the view without distraction.' It is said. The key to staying alone and using the eyes also comes from this. The six consciousnesses are distracted by objects, accumulating negative imprints. There is no point in generating meditative stabilization. This forcefully cutting off the dangerous paths of objects is the essential instruction of Lama Dingriwa, it is said. Oṃ Svasti! When asked whether there is a sequence of arising in the nature of practice places due to their differences, it was answered: Yes, there is, and the difference is very great. In order to examine the differences of places, the venerable Rinpoche is said to have meditated briefly in places such as the cave of Nagarjuna. However, since no great benefit arose from that alone, when practicing the glorious self-arisen queen in the great charnel ground of Utzala's south, in a ghost town called Jatri Taktsang, many doors of meditative stabilization arose, so places do have differences, it is said. The Dingri monastery of Nyimala Tö, is more pleasant at night than during the day, and is a place where meditative stabilization increases. However, food is scarce, and you call it 'Druwa Tsa' in the Ü-Tsang dialect, and its name is also called 'Gatok Dropo'. Chimpu and other places where accomplished ones have resided in the past are places of auspicious blessings where one can stay for a long time. In short, the benefits of residing in the Marla monastery are said to be thirty-seven. However, in places where borderlanders and ordinary people reside, one will inevitably be stained by impurities. This is also stated in the last testament: 'In the midst of ordinary people, the realization of yogis diminishes. Dingriwa, rely on solitary mountain monasteries.' It is said. This is the instruction of the key point.

Such is its very nature. He Seems to dwell on volcanic rock, without giving rise to other thoughts. Generally, even ordinary people's thoughts change when they live in the mountains. When a yogi dwells in the mountains, apart from engaging in virtuous practices, No other thoughts arise in the mind. Because of being secluded from people, one does not fall into hypocrisy. By being alone, one does not generate attachment and aversion. The gathering of non-humans provides assistance, Becoming a companion in diligence. When the six consciousnesses are not distracted by external objects, the mind becomes clear, and dependent origination manifests. One severs connections with worldly affairs. The three poisons Naturally cease, and this arises from the benefits of living alone. It is also written in the testament: Not living alone is the cause of increased thoughts, and attachment and aversion arise towards friends. Said by Dingriwa. In short, people who cannot live alone now are not happy. Look at us, this leader of the Sangha is liked by everyone, the root cause Is not giving up this life. Seeing suffering as an ornament, even among ordinary people, one is the most ordinary. Those practitioners who prioritize this life are to be pitied. (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, Literal Chinese meaning) If worldly morality has not collapsed, then the Dharma will not come. When Chulag said to the Geshes who cling to self that they are great, he said, "That's good. That's how it should be understood. Until one has given up the affairs of samsara, no one can truly practice the Dharma. There are two ways of practice: the path of purification and the path of separation from antidotes. There is a path of separation from antidotes that enters simultaneously, and the actions of a yogi can throw the eight worldly concerns into the water. There is a self-nature of separation from antidotes. On the path of purification, one needs to proceed gradually. At first, one cannot give up the objects of grasping and the grasped. Because one is an initial practitioner, one does not know that merit is unnecessary. Because one does not know how to be content with things, one cannot view desire as an enemy. The shackles of attachment are gradually untied, rather than severing the bonds of grasping and the grasped as soon as one hears about it. The Supreme Rinpoche said: If you want to practice the Dharma, you must first separate from demons. A practitioner who has not gotten rid of demons cannot practice the Dharma."
