of. It was said that he was such a person. When asked what the three types of individuals were, he replied: the type of householder, the type of renunciate, and the type of yogi. When asked whether the entrance to the practice of these three types was the same or different, he replied: The measure of virtuous deeds is the same, but the types of support and the boundaries of vows are different. When asked what the order of length is, he replied: By the power of the antidote, the yogi is connected to the beginning of the day, the renunciate is connected to the beginning of the year, and the householder is connected to the beginning of the month. The difference between these three is told to those who have ear-transmitted teachings, while others are swept along by the current. It was also said that three kinds of conceptualization should be liberated by three kinds of views. When asked how to liberate them, he replied: Although it appears, do not grasp it as definite. By holding the view of a lion, conceptualization is liberated. Not keeping things in mind, by holding the view of an elephant, the conceptualization of grasping is liberated. Without any real meaning arising, by the view of Shakyamuni Buddha, the conceptualization of perfect accomplishment is liberated in its own place. When asked: The mind is naturally luminous, and its essence is completely pure, what are its benefits and harms? He replied: The nature of emptiness arises together with ignorance, and conceptualization appears as grasper and grasped, just like water vapor turning into clouds. Afflictions become coarse and become the cause of confusion. For example, because of the illusion of the eyes, one is not liberated from the wind of hoofprints, so its fault, like a sudden stain of bad suffering by habit. In reality, if habit does not arise by itself, then where does it reside? Knowledge that has not been experienced in the continuum is ordinary. When asked, does not the wisdom experienced in contemplation become a habit? Jojo, the indication of dependent arising has been determined without error. In the middle, divide awareness into segments, thereby liberating the grasping of it. Finally, entrust the meditation to the master, because the deliberate arrangement is broken, so it will not form a habit. When asked: Entrusting the meditation to the master, and abiding in ordinariness, will the two accumulations be perfected in the continuum? The instructions of the esteemed Indian Rinpoche.

It is like this, it is the key to the transformation of samsara and nirvana. Because the things to be done have already been done, like cutting a dry rope in water, so now there is no need to make efforts of body and speech. For example, just like having already woven the cloth, there is no need to spin the thread again. Without directly doing virtuous deeds, it is like hitting the threshed barley with a stick, there is no need, so it was said. When asked, do you not do any virtuous deeds? He replied, I do not do them intentionally either, because the power of increase is very great, and virtuous deeds of body and speech will naturally occur. When asked, how is that? He replied, because one does not rely on the mind that desires results, the extremes of hope and fear are naturally liberated. Just like sending someone to guard the enemy, the shackles are naturally released. By destroying the thoughts of negation and affirmation, the awareness of duality is naturally liberated. Previously, I came out from the three intersections of arduous practice, where I encountered signs of the path and stones and bones, and naturally I would not give up the ripening fruit. When asked, even if one does not intentionally rely on desire, will attachment naturally arise? He replied, if there is desire deep in the heart, then it is a demon. As long as one does not separate from the mind that desires to become a Buddha, one cannot attain Buddhahood, because the mind of desire will obscure oneself. When asked, evil people will definitely have the desire to want results, how is this? He replied, overturning the defense of the antidote is because of suspecting attachment to the antidote, so the cherishing of clinging is destroyed. Saying that entrusting meditation to the master, if one clings to the experience, one will be bound, so the discriminating mind of pursuing excellence is liberated. Not doing virtuous deeds of body and speech is because of suspecting that relying on hope will be contaminated with defilement, so one separates from the mind of desire. Entrusting meditation to the master, there will be something that meditation will not empty. Again, he said, clinging to the bhumis and paths is also samsara, because the antidote turns into defilement again. Just like overturning the defense of the antidote, the realm appears as self-purified. Virtuous deeds of body and speech are indeterminate karma, because doing them will produce a destructible result. By abandoning virtuous deeds of body and speech, the undefiled awareness that is not distracted will gallop on the path. The mind of desire will lengthen the distance of the result.
