གདའ།། སྐྱེས་བུ་རང་ལ་ཁོང་ནས་བྱ་བློ་ཞིག་མ་སྐྱེས་ན། ཞལ་ཏ་སྨྲས་པས་མི་ཕན་པར་གདའ། བསླབས་ཉེས་ལང་དུ་རེ་བའི་མིའི་བློ་བཅོས་དཀའ་བར་གདའ། གཤིས་ངན་གྱི་རང་སེམས་མ་ཐུལ་བའི་མི་ལ་གནོད་བྱེད་ལ་ ཟད་པ་མི་གདའ། དམ་པའི་ཆོས་མ་གྲུབ་ན། འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་ལ་བཙན་ཕྱུག་འཕན་གསུམ་ཚོགས་པ་ལ་དགོས་པ་མི་གདའ། སྙིང་རུས་མེད་པའི་མི་ལ་སངས་རྒྱས་སམ་དེ་དཀོན་པའི་ཚད་དུ་གདའ་ན་གསུངས་ སོ༑ ། ༈ དམ་པའི་ཞལ་ནས། ཆོས་ཤེས་པས་མི་ཆོག་ཉམས་སུ་ལེན་དགོས་པར་གདའ། འཁོར་བ་བློས་ཐོངས་ཤིག །རྒྱ་མཚོའི་གླིང་དུ་ཕྱིན་ནས་ནོར་བུ་མ་ལོན་ན་ཕན་མེད་དོ། །ཕོ་མོ་མདོ་ཆེ་ཆུང་ད་ རེས་ལ་གསལ་ལོ། །མི་ཚེ་སྟོང་ཟད་ལ་བཏངས་པ་རྣམས་ཕོ་ཁྱད་མོ་ཁྱད་འབྱེད་པ་ཡིན་པས། ངལ་བ་དོན་མེད་མ་བྱེད་ཅིག །འཇིག་རྟེན་འདིའི་བྱ་བ་ལ་དགོས་པ་མེད་དོ། །ནམ་ཞག་གཏན་གྱི་སོ་ནམ་དུས་ད་རེས་ ལ་བྱེད་པ་ཡིན་ནོ། །བུ་དཀའ་བ་དང་དུ་ལོངས་ཤིག །འཁོར་བ་ལས་འབྲོས་པའི་ཐབས་ཡིན་ནོ། །ད་རེས་ལ་བརྡར་ཤ་ཆོད་པར་གྱིས་ཤིག །གཏན་དུ་བླ་མ་དང་མི་འགྲོགས་སོ། །ངས་ནི་སྒྲུབ་པ་ཁོ་ན་གཙོ་བོར་ བྱས་སོ། །ཁྱེད་རང་ཡང་རྗེས་སུ་ཞུགས་ཤིག །མི་ཚེ་ལ་ལོང་མེད་དོ། །ལེ་ལོ་དང་སྙོམས་ལས་སྤོངས་ཤིག །སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་བསྟན་པ་ཉི་མ་ཤར་བ་དང་འདྲ་བའི་དུས་འདིར། གླགསཾ་ལ་རེ་བབ་ཏུ་ཡོད་ ༄༅། །དོ༑ །ཁ་མི་ལ་མཛངས་ལ་ལག་བྱད་སྒོར་ངན་པའི་དིང་རི་བ་ཚོ་གཉིད་ལོག་ཅིག །ཨ་ཙ་ར་སྤྲང་པོ་སོང་ཙམ་ན་དྲི་རྒྱུ་མང་པོ་དྲན་ནས་མཆི་ཡི་གསུངས་ སོ༑ ། ༈ དམ་པས་གསུངས་པའི་གདམས་ངག་རྣམས། ངན་བུས་ཡིག་ཆུང་དུ་འབྲིའོ་ཞུས་པས། ཁྱོད་རང་བྲིས་པས་ལངས་ན་བྲིས་མཛོད། ཕྱིས་འགྲོ་བ་ལ་ཕན་ནས་ འོང་བར་གདའ་ཡི་གསུངས། དམ་པའི་ཞལ་ནས། བློ་སྙིང་དཔྲལ་གསུམ་དཀོན་མཆོག་གི་ཕྱོགས་སུ་གཏོད་དང་། བྱིན་རླབས་ཤུགས་ལས་འཆར་བར་གདའ་ཡི། གཞོན་པ་ ལ་དཀའ་ལས་བག་རེ་ཡང་གྱིས་དང་། བརྒས་ནས་མི་འགྱོད་པ་གདའ་ཡི། བླ་མ་དང་ཡུན་རིང་དུ་འགྲོགས་དང་། ཡོན་ཏན་ཤུགས་ལས་འཆར་བར་གདའ་ཡི། ཉོན་མོངས་པ་ སྐྱེས་ཙམ་ན་གཉེན་པོས་སླེབས་པར་གྱིས་དང༌། རང་ཤུགས་ལས་གོམས་ནས་འགྲོ་བར་གདའ་ཡི། ཅི་བྱེད་གོ་ཆ་དང་མ་བྲལ་བར་གྱིས་དང་། གང་ཡང་མཐར་སྐྱེལ་བར་གདའ་ ཡི༑ དུས་ད་རེས་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་བག་རེ་ཡང་གྱིས་དང་། རང་རེའི་དོན་ཞིག་ཡོད་ཀྱི། འཁོར་བའི་སྡུག་བསྔལ་ཨེན་རེ་ཡང་སོམས་དང་། དད་པའི་གསལ་འདེབས་སུ་གདའ་ཡི། མི་རྟག་པ་བག་རེ་ཡང་སྒོ

有。 如果自身没有生起行动的意愿，那么听从劝告也没有用处。想要改变那些希望学坏的人的想法是很困难的。对于无法控制恶劣本性的人来说，做坏事是没有穷尽的。如果没有证得殊胜的佛法，那么拥有世间的权势、财富和享乐这三者也没有必要。对于没有毅力的人来说，成佛或者说达到那种稀有的程度是很难的，（上师）这样说道。 殊胜的上师说：仅仅了解佛法是不够的，必须加以实践。舍弃轮回吧！去了大海的岛屿却没有得到宝珠，那将毫无意义。男女老少，现在都应该清楚明白。那些虚度一生的人，会区分男女的差别。不要白费力气。这个世间的事情没有必要。现在是做永久农活的时候了。孩子们，要勇于承担困难。这是逃离轮回的方法。现在要做出明确的判断。永远不要离开上师。我只把修行作为最重要的事。你们也要跟随我。生命没有空闲。放弃懒惰和懈怠。在这个佛法如同旭日东升的时代，对གླགསཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）有所期待。 睡觉吧，那些嘴巴很会说，但手脚笨拙的定日人（定日县，今属日喀则市）。阿杂惹（印度游方僧人）乞丐刚走，就想起了很多问题要问，真是可笑啊！ 殊胜的上师所说的教诲，恶劣的弟子请求写在小册子上。上师说：如果你写了能行，那就写吧。将来会对众生有益的。殊胜的上师说：将智慧、真心和额头这三者都转向三宝，加持自然会显现。年轻时也要稍微努力一些，这样老了才不会后悔。要长时间地亲近上师，功德自然会显现。烦恼刚一生起，就要立即用对治法来应对，这样自然会习惯并消失。无论做什么，都要与盔甲不离身，这样一切最终都会成功。现在要稍微努力一些，我们会有所成就的。也要稍微想想轮回的痛苦，这会成为信仰的明证。也要稍微想想无常。

There is. If one does not have the will to act from within, then listening to advice is of no use. It is difficult to change the minds of those who wish to learn bad things. For those who cannot control their evil nature, there is no end to doing bad deeds. If one has not attained the supreme Dharma, then having the three things of worldly power, wealth, and enjoyment is not necessary. For those who have no perseverance, it is difficult to become a Buddha or to reach that rare state, (the master) said. The supreme master said: It is not enough to just know the Dharma, one must put it into practice. Abandon samsara! It is meaningless to go to an island in the ocean and not get a jewel. Men, women, young and old, should all be clear now. Those who waste their lives will distinguish between men and women. Do not waste your efforts. The affairs of this world are unnecessary. Now is the time to do permanent farming. Children, be brave to take on difficulties. This is the way to escape samsara. Now make a clear judgment. Never leave the lama. I only take practice as the most important thing. You should also follow me. Life has no leisure. Abandon laziness and sloth. In this time when the Buddha's teachings are like the rising sun, there is hope for གླགསཾ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal Chinese meaning). Sleep, those Dingri people (Dingri County, now belongs to Shigatse City) who are good at talking but clumsy in their hands and feet. As soon as the Acharya (Indian wandering monk) beggar left, I remembered many questions to ask, it's ridiculous! The supreme master's teachings, the bad disciple asked to write in a booklet. The master said: If you can do it by writing, then write it. It will be beneficial to beings in the future. The supreme master said: Turn your wisdom, true heart, and forehead to the Three Jewels, and blessings will naturally appear. Young people should also work a little harder, so that they will not regret it when they are old. Stay close to the lama for a long time, and merits will naturally appear. As soon as afflictions arise, deal with them immediately with antidotes, so that they will naturally become accustomed and disappear. No matter what you do, do not separate from your armor, so that everything will eventually succeed. Now work a little harder, and we will achieve something. Also think a little about the suffering of samsara, which will become a clear proof of faith. Also think a little about impermanence.
