Unfabricated and black and white dharmas, when destroyed by wisdom, if not even a mote of dust is seen, this is the supreme practice of the Perfection of Wisdom. Thus it is said. All dharmas are pure in their own nature and completely pure, when a Bodhisattva views the Perfection of Wisdom, the agent is also not seen, all dharmas are not seen, this is the supreme practice of the Perfection of Wisdom. Thus it is said. Thus, the thought of grasping at self and the thought of grasping at appearances as true, with the wisdom that realizes the selflessness of persons and the selflessness of phenomena, after the complete cessation of thoughts, non-conceptual wisdom arises like the sky, without support, and a non-dual experience arises from the depths. Here, the distinctions made by Nawa (a Tibetan name) have fourteen meanings: Based on the view of non-arising, transforming obstacles into dharmata, this is one. Based on the purity of self and other, viewing obstacles as stars, this is two. Based on guiding the path, transforming obstacles into the guru, this is three. Based on love and compassion, viewing ghosts as defiled parents, this is four. Based on karma and its results, viewing obstacles as karmic debts and companions, this is five. Based on guiding wisdom, viewing obstacles as purification of past accumulated sins, this is six. Based on pure aspirations, viewing obstacles as the activity of the Buddhas, this is seven. Based on generating renunciation, viewing the power of demons as qualities, this is eight. Based on abandoning self-grasping, viewing obstacles as a field of generosity, this is nine. Based on good and bad causes and effects, viewing ghosts and demons as fearless, this is ten. Based on realizing illusion, viewing obstacles as not established as objects of fear, this is eleven. Based on mistaking appearances as real, viewing obstacles as conceptual thoughts, this is twelve. Based on correct conduct, viewing ghosts as helpers on the path, this is thirteen. With the definitive instruction of non-arising, transforming the nature of demons into non-arising, this is fourteen. The first is: after taking refuge and generating bodhicitta as a preliminary, at the time when the thought of grasping at ghosts arises, in general, all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are empty and without self, therefore, self and obstacles are also of one taste in dharmata, therefore, there is no duality of harmer and harmed. Based on that, the acceptance and rejection of happiness and suffering are also not established, ཆ

Because all things are of one taste in emptiness. As it is said: The sky cannot disturb the sky. Second, based on distinguishing self from others, viewing ghosts as Dharmakaya stars: If measured from the perspective of realized wisdom, ghosts are the Dharmakaya, because ghosts are free from elaboration. As it is said: The unconditioned Dharmakaya. If this appearance as a ghost is examined with wisdom, there is nothing to fixate on. It does not abide in things. It does not abide in self-nature, so it abides in freedom from elaboration from the beginning, so it is the Dharmakaya. Third, relying on guiding the path, taking ghosts as gurus: Ghosts are no different from the root guru. The root guru also only connects you with the Dharma and leads you onto the path, and there is nothing more than that. And ghosts also connect your body with the deity of the yidam, connect your speech with the recitation of secret mantras, and connect your mind with the meditation on the emptiness of Dharmata. All of these are brought about by ghosts. Fourth, relying on loving-kindness and compassion, viewing ghosts as kind parents: Samsara is without beginning, and there is no sentient being who has not been our parents. However, because of the interval of rebirths, we do not recognize them. Now, we should recognize that these ghosts have also not been other than our parents, and cultivate loving-kindness and compassion towards them. Do not only think about the situation of your own parents, but focus on the benefit and harm of gods and ghosts, and abandon selfish thoughts, and cultivate loving-kindness and compassion towards other deluded beings. Generate regret for your own mistakes. Now, because we need to repay kindness, please stay here. I will try to help you, make this aspiration. Whatever virtuous deeds you do, dedicate them to them, and thus it will be transformed into the path of the Mahayana. If you beat or drive away the hungry ghosts who harm me, the karmic result will be very heavy. I see that they are causing harm because of the power of my impure appearance, so I should think like this, and eliminate evil thoughts, and dedicate all the virtuous deeds I do to them. Fifth, relying on the law of karma, viewing them as retribution and companions: In past lives, we have inflicted countless harms on sentient beings, such as beating and stealing property. Therefore, these ghosts are now seeking retribution. No matter how much harm they cause,
