Secondly, those two, the second. Practicing in the manner of the Four Noble Truths, these Four Noble Truths are also clearly stated by the Buddha, namely suffering, origin, cessation, and path. As it is said, it is determined as four. These four are also manifested or separated from the two causes and effects of the two truths mentioned above, that is, from the ultimate cause and effect, the two, cessation and path, arise, from the conventional cause and effect, the two, origin and suffering, arise. Thus, the way to see the truth in the four is: to see the truth by knowing suffering, to see the truth by abandoning origin, to see the truth by realizing cessation, and to see the truth by relying on the path in the continuum. Thus, the Four Noble Truths are taught. First, knowing suffering means that as long as one abides in samsara, this is the nature of suffering. For all sentient beings in the three realms, there are eight general sufferings, six individual sufferings, and special sufferings. There are four types. By recognizing these eighteen, one can encounter the holy Dharma. Just knowing that these are without self-nature is seeing the truth of suffering. Secondly, abandoning origin means: from what cause do those fruits—suffering—arise? It is called origin, that is, it arises from the five poisons and the three poisons. Abandoning these is a practitioner, and knowing that these are without self-nature is seeing the truth of origin. Third, realizing cessation means: these sinful actions arising from afflictions, with antidotes, preventing the mind from them, or specifically practicing. That is, the two, hearers and solitary realizers, abandon them with antidotes through the gate of discipline. Bodhisattvas cultivate on the path through the gate of discipline. Mantrayana practitioners combine them with wisdom through the gate of empowerment and vows. That is, the three, karma, afflictions, and antidotes, realizing that they are without self-nature, is seeing the truth of cessation. Fourth, seeing the truth by relying on the path in the continuum, here, the practice of the four empowerments, the path, the three practices of preliminary, main, and subsequent, taking them in the manner of the two, skillful means and wisdom, from

. By taking wisdom as the main thing, and practicing in a way that is not aimed at oneself, one can thoroughly master the ultimate bodhicitta, thereby seeing the truth of the knowable ultimate, and for oneself, attain the fruit of the Dharmakaya of Buddhahood, and effortlessly arise the wisdom of knowing everything as it is. Secondly, by taking skillful means as the main thing, and practicing in a way that is not attached to benefiting others, one can thoroughly master the conventional bodhicitta, thereby seeing the truth of the knowable conventional, and for the benefit of others, appear as the Rupakaya of Buddhahood, and effortlessly arise the wisdom of knowing everything that exists. Thus, from practicing the path, the signs and qualities of the path must arise, and for the various experiences that arise, without arrogance or conceit, practicing in a non-abiding way is called seeing the truth of the path. Therefore, based on the two truths, cultivating the two bodhicittas, wanting to attain the fruit of Buddhahood and the wisdom of Buddhahood, if one practices this practice of the three, preliminary, main, and concluding, then one will effortlessly realize the realization of the path. Thus, the instructions on generating the mind, ༄༅། །This meaning, including the oral instructions, would be great if it could increase the blessings of mind training. Homage to the glorious Vajrayogini and others. Secondly, the method of obtaining the special heat wisdom of the path of application, the essential instructions of asceticism are two: the teaching of practice and the teaching of path signs. First, the teaching of practice is: practicing in the manner of the four empowerments and four determinations, warming one's own mind stream with devotion, taking the external appearances as unreal and transforming them into the path, this is the practice of heat; arising from blessings, the nature of mind is emptiness, taking the internal awareness as non-grasping and transforming it into the path, this is the practice of the peak; arising from recognition, taking the non-dual rootlessness and transforming it into the path, this is the practice of patience; arising from recitation and accomplishment, the mind not being distracted is the practice of the supreme Dharma. Among them, there are four branches of the path: if one abandons the actions of offering and confession, one cannot purify karmic obscurations, this is the branch of heat; if one does not equally abide in body, speech, and mind, the supporting conditions of the path will
