When turning the second wheel of Dharma, in the center of the assembled wheel. When the Thubpa (Buddha) changed the five ways of looking, the noble Avalokiteśvara understood the meaning of the gestures. Shariputra asked him, the assembled wheel discussed him, the noble Ananda collected him, and entrusted the lineage of meaning to Maitreya. Asanga, Vasubandhu, Āryadeva, the Holy Precious One, Bodhisattva, Patsab Kundren Chen, Lama Jetsun, up to the Shakya Bhikshu Rinchen Sherab, the lineage of meaning has not been interrupted. Secondly, the way to transmit the meaning of the essential core to the disciple's mindstream is: the body abides in the seven-point posture of Vairochana, the speech directs the five winds into the central channel, the mind abandons the thoughts of wanting to meditate, and the five ways of looking should be changed. First, in order to cut off the thought of falling into the lower realms, like the peaceful manner of a Hearer, the five eyes look downwards. Second, in order to cut off the thought of gaining the heavens, like the Tirthika Brahma, the five eyes look upwards. Third, in order to liberate anger in its own place, like a Bodhisattva, the five eyes look to the right. Fourth, in order to purify desire in its own place, like a Bodhisattva Mother, the five eyes look to the left. Fifth, in order to liberate from the bondage of meditative concentration, like the Perfectly Complete Buddha, the five eyes look straight ahead. In short, even when changing these five ways of looking there, the upper wind is pressed down, the lower wind is pulled up, the wavering wind is cut off, the tense muscles are relaxed, and the wind-mind is bound to the luminosity of clear light. By meditating while breaking it as it becomes clear and increases, afterwards, the subsequent attainment is like space, without thought. All phenomena of samsara and nirvana are experienced as without characteristics. In short, there are four ways to measure its warmth. First, it is called the time of gazing upon the face of the mother of the Victorious Ones, when the Lama changes the way of looking, the disciple looks. Second, it is called the time of seeing the face, the disciple learns following the Lama. Third, it is called the time of becoming accustomed, one should practice until the vow is made. Fourth, it is called the time of manifestation, when the clinging to truth is exhausted for all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, and only when pure appearances arise in relative truth, it is not necessary to deliberately change these five ways of looking. After that is the meaning of the third empowerment.

In order to stabilize (the practice), all subsequent actions should be introduced as possessing four characteristics: Form is emptiness. Emptiness is form. Form is not other than emptiness, and emptiness is not other than form. Merely understanding this is called emptiness in name only, and the erroneous conventional truth, which are said not to abide in objects. Then, the four empowerments of the key to the treasury of speech empowerment will be bestowed: Ā (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, literal meaning: A) vase empowerment. Ā (Tibetan, Devanagari: आ, Romanized Sanskrit: ā, literal meaning: A) secret empowerment. Hrīḥ (Tibetan, Devanagari: ह्रीः, Romanized Sanskrit: hrīḥ, literal meaning: Hrih) wisdom-jnana empowerment. Hūṃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, literal meaning: Hum) speech empowerment treasury empowerment. Jina Mitra is the essence of practice, so the recitation transmission should be given. Because all bhumis and paths are severed with the essence, one should strive to recite, and because the signs of the path arise from clear awareness, one should meditate without distraction, and because qualities and merit arise from accumulation, one should strive to accumulate special accumulations. In order to stabilize it, scatter flowers three times on the disciple's body, and say, "May it be accomplished!" After saying this, visualize the guru merging with one's own mind. After saying this, the wisdom of the path of seeing will arise effortlessly in the continuum. After thus completely bestowing the four empowerments, among the three dharmas to be learned at the end, the practitioner who possesses the three vows as a basis, and whose six yogas of self-nature have not declined, should well protect the subsequent four protective vows, namely leakage, dripping, tilting, and reversal, or rather, the defilements. If dirt accumulates on the basis, that is the defilement of leakage, so practice all the Dharma without omission. If the antidote's protection does not collapse, that is the defilement of dripping, so do not cling to self-grasping thoughts. If one clings to one's own view as supreme, that is the defilement of tilting, so do not be biased towards the Dharma. If sectarian attachment does not disappear, that is the defilement of reversal, so do not turn realization into an image. Like this, the preliminary practice is refuge and bodhicitta, the main practice is the introduction of the four empowerments, and the conclusion is the three dharmas to be learned, which ripen the path of seeing, and this is the subsequent empowerment and blessing. After saying these, one should say, "Thank you very much!" and make a gesture of folded hands. The subsequent Dharma is the auspicious feast gathering, the remaining ritual, the torma offering, the collection of scriptures, the making of aspirations, and the dedication.
