Please pacify! Om Ah Hūṃ. After saying this, let him drink. All the assemblies of gurus, yidams, and dakinis residing in one's own body are satisfied by that one substance. The heroes and heroines are also very pleased, and the father and mother embrace. In short, all the channels and elements are warmed, and special experiences arise in the body. Next, the third wisdom and prajna empowerment will be given. This has three points: first, the source of the root meaning; second, the way the root is transmitted to the body; and third, the temperature of whether the root is grasped or not. First, the incarnate Buddha Shakyamuni, leaving home, went to the north, and after ordaining in the pure stupa, when the training of higher discipline was completed, by placing the mind in equanimity with the three pure dependent arisings, he realized the essence of emptiness and self-awareness arose from within. Then, when the wheel of Dharma was turned on Vulture Peak Mountain, the symbol of pure dependent arising was shown to the assembled retinue. The noble Avalokiteśvara realized it, Shariputra asked, Subhuti requested, Ananda compiled it, and Maitreya entrusted the meaning lineage. Asaṅga, Vasubandhu, Āryadeva, Dampa, and others, the meaning lineage of the Heart Sutra of the Perfection of Wisdom, has not been interrupted. Secondly, the way to transmit the root to the student's body is based on the three wheels of body, speech, and mind. First, the wheel of the body: the legs are placed in the vajra posture, the hands are crossed in the samadhi mudra, the vertebrae are stacked like a golden arrow shaft, the arms are stretched like an eagle's wings, the neck is bent like a peacock's neck, and the lips and teeth should also be kept natural. This is the posture of the six dharmas of the vajra body. Secondly, the wheel of speech: the tip of the eye, the tip of the nose, and the tip of the mind, these three, are gathered together without distraction, and the consciousness is allowed to rest. The five winds enter the central channel, which is the cause of the arising of all qualities. Thirdly, the wheel of mind: all thoughts of wanting to meditate are cast out, and the consciousness that does not meditate is without support, and it is determined that there is no place for the mind to dwell.

Then, directly pointing out the actual meaning of the root, and introducing meditation, it is said like this: Do not let the mind be controlled by various conceptual thoughts, let it freely abide in its own nature! Repeat this three times, patiently guiding, and engage in meditation. There are also three situations: First, in order to recognize ordinary consciousness, it is said to "abide." If one cannot abide in it and cannot recognize it, then relax and let it be natural. Once recognized, while dismantling, introduce meditation, and it will become better and better. Third, measuring the temperature of meditation is: If the disciple has great devotion, then that night he himself will generate realization, and liberation will occur like two people waking up at the same time. For those of medium capacity, they will truly engage in practice, understanding the root of conceptual thoughts. For those of lower capacity, good samadhi will also arise, recognizing that the nature of the mind is originally empty, not being taken away by conceptual thoughts, the nature of the mind will become very clear and pure. For those who are not like this, samadhi will gradually arise, then they will engage in practice, and from this, realization will arise. In short, it is said that in this life, at the time of death, and in the bardo, there is no possibility of not achieving the goal. Then, in order to stabilize the meaning of the third empowerment, there are also three methods. First, relying on the symbol of the mirror, all forms are pointed out as appearance-emptiness without attachment, saying: "Hey! All you sons of noble family! All the forms seen by your eyes, from today onwards, you should know them like the images appearing in this mirror!" Thus, show the mirror three times, and truly point out all forms as unreal. Then, second, relying on the symbol of the hand bell, ༄༅། །all sounds are also pointed out as sound-emptiness without attachment, and again it is said: "Hey! All you sons of noble family! All the sounds heard by your ears, from today onwards, you should regard them as mere sounds!" Thus, ring the hand bell three times, and truly point out all sounds as unreal. Then, third, relying on the symbol of dreams, all memories and thoughts are pointed out as thought-emptiness without attachment, saying: "Hey! All you sons of noble family! All the conceptual thoughts remembered by your mind, from today
