From the heart of the principal deity, inseparable from the Guru, light radiates, and all the Mandalas deities of Gurus, Buddhas, and Bodhisattvas descend like rain. Contemplate them dissolving into the disciple, burn Gugul incense, and accompanied by strong music, recite the long mantra or the heart mantra. For the stability of the arrival of wisdom, recite 'Tistha Vajra' (Immovable Vajra), and place the Vajra on the crown of the head to stabilize it. Then, the throwing of flowers: 'For the sake of attaining the accomplishment of the Buddha, please consider me with compassion. For the benefit of beings, with great compassion, please reside as a physician.' Recite 'Pratiṭṭha Vajra Ho' (Abide Vajra Ho), and throw the flower in the center of the Mandala. Wherever it falls, regard that as the supreme deity. Place the flower on the disciple's head and recite 'Pratigṛhṇa Samīmāṃsa Sattva Mahābala' (Receive, Examine, Heroic Being of Great Power). Contemplate the syllable 'Om' in the disciple's eyes, recite 'He Vajra Paśya' (Hey Vajra Look), and remove the veil. Contemplate ignorance being removed along with the veil. From the principal deity to the gatekeepers, indicate the deities one by one, 'Look at this beautiful Mandala, now generate faith, you are born into the Buddha family, blessed by mantra and mudra, the perfect accomplishments of beings, now you will manifest, to obtain accomplishments, protect the vows, and also strive in secret mantras.' Saying this, lead them into the Mandala. Now, for the sake of empowerment, one should pray: Offer a Mandala and offerings to the Guru, who is inseparable from the principal deity, and with hands clasped together holding flowers, 'Guru, please consider me, Guru full of compassion, please empower me into the Mandala of the Eleven-Faced Bhagavan, please bless me. As the great offering was given to Bodhi Vajra Buddha, for the sake of protecting me, please grant me the Space Vajra.' Pray like this three times. 仅此而已。等，皈依三宝！皈依圣智海毗卢遮那佛！皈依光辉之王！如来！应供！正等觉！皈依一切如来！应供！正等觉！皈依圣观自在菩萨！菩萨！摩诃萨！大悲者！ 即说咒曰：嗡，达拉达拉，地里地里，度如度如，诶萃，瓦萃，匝列匝列，钵啰匝列钵啰匝列，古苏美古苏美，瓦热，伊利米利，匝智日匝瓦朗，阿巴纳耶梭哈！嗡，佛陀灌顶，嗡，金刚吽！三宝！莲花啥！嗡，业力灌顶，阿！如是诵念，进行灌顶。 身体充满智慧甘露，一切障碍得以清净，具备五种智慧，转变为天神之身。灌顶之水从头顶至喉咙充满，是为宝瓶灌顶；至心间充满，是为秘密灌顶；至肚脐充满，是为智慧灌顶；至脚底充满，是为第四灌顶。剩余之水向上涌出，观想头顶由无量光佛（梵文：Amitābha）装饰，以供养来供养。 之后，给予随许：‘种姓之子，你已获得此灌顶，因此有权修持此坛城，并成就一切事业。应供养三宝，讲经说法等，努力利益众生。’如是给予许可。之后，观想上师心间月轮上，（藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：啥）字周围是尼拉坎塔（梵文：Nīlakaṇṭha）心咒，或前述长咒，以顺时针方向排列，咒鬘从上师口中发出，进入弟子口中，融入心间。之后，跟随念诵三遍。上师说：‘世尊，请您赐予加持！请您开始引导！’弟子说：‘世尊，我已领受，请您开始引导！’此为真言随许。 之后，进行四种事业的灌顶。弟子献上曼扎，祈请金刚菩提等。上师将东方的灌顶物交给弟子手中，并将东方宝瓶置于其头顶，念诵：‘（藏文：བྷྲཱུྃ，梵文天城体：भ्रूं，梵文罗马拟音：bhrūṃ，汉语字面意思：种子字）毗卢遮那佛（梵文：Vairocana）宝瓶之水，能善妙沐浴者，一切垢染皆得清净，终将获得安乐之果。从一切怖畏中解脱，速疾得见莲花。’皈依三宝！皈依圣智海！毗卢遮那！光辉之王！如来！应供！正等觉！

Om dhara dhara, dhiri dhiri, dhuru dhuru, etre, vatre, cale cale, pracale pracale, kusume kusume, vare, ili mili, citri jvalam apanaye svāhā! Om Buddha Abhiṣiñca Om Vajra Hūṃ! Ratnatraṃ! Padma Hrīḥ! Om Karma Abhiṣiñca A! As he speaks, the empowerment is bestowed. The body is filled with the nectar of wisdom, all obscurations are purified, endowed with the five wisdoms, and transformed into the nature of a deity. As the stream of empowerment water fills from the crown of the head to the throat, it is the vase empowerment; as it fills to the heart, it is the secret empowerment; as it fills to the navel, it is the wisdom empowerment; as it fills to the soles of the feet, the fourth empowerment is obtained. As the remaining water flows upwards, one contemplates that the crown of the head is adorned by Amitābha (Infinite Light), and offers with offerings. Then, the subsequent permission is bestowed: 'Son of the lineage, since you have received this empowerment, you have the authority to meditate on this mandala and accomplish all activities. You should be diligent in offering to the Three Jewels, teaching the Dharma, and so forth, for the benefit of sentient beings.' Thus, permission is granted. Then, on the moon in the heart of the teacher, the mantra of Nīlakaṇṭha or the long mantra above, with (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Hrīḥ) in the center, arranged clockwise, the rosary of mantras emerges from the teacher's mouth, enters the student's mouth, and dissolves into the heart. Then, repeat three times. The teacher says: 'Bhagavan, please bestow your blessings! Please begin to guide!' The student says: 'Bhagavan, I have received it, please begin to guide me!' This is the subsequent permission of mantra. Then, the empowerment of the four activities will be conferred. The student offers a maṇḍala and makes requests to Bodhicitta Vajra and others. The teacher hands the eastern empowerment substance to the student and places the eastern vase on the crown of the head, reciting: '(Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Seed Syllable) Vairocana's vase water, whoever is well bathed, all impurities are completely purified, and the fruit of happiness will be obtained.
