Thus he acted. The incarnation of Muktri Tsenpo (an early Tibetan king), the local ruler, in order to correct some false prophecies, through the illusory methods of a household that takes worldly pleasures as the path, you wrote the biography of Indrabuti (an ancient Indian master of esoteric Buddhism). After that, you went to Doring (place name) for a while, listened to the Dharma from Je Ngorpa (person's name) and his sons, and peacefully managed the religious regime. While you were residing there, the steward Nangso Tsojedorje (person's name) repeatedly requested through letters: 'We need someone who can distinguish right from wrong and help us go to the U-Tsang region (central Tibet).' At the same time, Nangso Tsangchen (person's name) also reported the situation in detail, so you accepted the invitation and went to the U-Tsang region. You assumed important responsibilities in the steward's advice and reports, such as the representative of the new Kazi Gompa (Kazi Monastery), and made the overall political power of Phagdu (place name), especially the Rinpungpa (person's name) family, grow like the waxing moon. During all these periods, what you did was the opposite of what those who boast of being leaders do today. You generally devoted yourself to bringing well-being to Buddhism and sentient beings, especially praising those of high character, deliberately promoting those who are humble, and being able to suppress those who are arrogant and conceited with just words. You revered the large and small Sanghas like jewels on your head, and during festivals, you prohibited killing and saved the lives of sentient beings. Even for those who committed crimes, you would try to reduce their punishment. You said that you yourself were a blessed person, and although you took on the heavy responsibilities of Nangsoba (place name) and Rinpungpa (place name), not to mention killing, you had never even beaten anyone, but everyone listened to what I said. Later, Depa Donyoe Dorje (person's name) said: 'You are different from others, please write some admonitory poems for me on secular and religious affairs.' You gave him: 'The root of the world is shame and conscience, and the root of religion is good intention.' In short, this great being has been accustomed to love and compassion for many lifetimes, and through accumulating vast merits, he managed the country with righteousness, so all his subjects were far from war, famine, and plagues, and the gods who love Buddhism would rain on time.

The crops and grains flourished, and the people lived in peace and contentment, just like in a golden age. The holy beings who uphold the Dharma through teaching and practice, their qualities of learning, contemplation, and realization increased like the waxing moon, and they enjoyed wealth and respect in accordance with the Dharma, as if indulging in a vast ocean. In short, the king governed the country with the power of compassion, and everything became orderly. Even though he outwardly governed the country, inwardly he relied on the gurus, and single-mindedly practiced the profound and vast teachings he heard from them, and his heart was very satisfied. Like a illusory youth conjured by a magician, playing with a beauty in a dazzling display. Although he was far from the defilement of attachment to worldly affairs, he danced in this world with the dance of taming beings. His hair adorned with braids, reflected his toenails like a new moon. Hundreds of thousands of people oppressed by taxes and tormented in body and mind, were illuminated by the white rays of his compassion, and immediately felt joy, as if smeared with camphor, dispelling the suffering of their hearts, and his good name spread throughout the land. Could it be that the ruler of Shambhala, the Kalki King, has come here? Your deeds make the former Dharma Kings of Tibet ashamed, and they retreat into the peaceful realm of Dharma, remaining in equanimity. Outwardly, you govern the country with great actions; inwardly, you have reached the peak of the realization of the two stages. With the dance of the net of illusion, you dance in the pure land of Vajradhara. By your power, the Dakas and Dakinis of Oddiyana fly in the sky. It seems that you alone possess hundreds of thousands of Vajrayana scriptures. Therefore, I will praise you in this way: In the sacred land surrounded by the northern snow mountains, you were born into a noble lineage, and received the prophecies of Vajradhara, the Lord Guru, and the incarnate King. In order to protect those beings who need to be tamed by the form of a householder, you, as a Chakravartin, govern the country with Dharma. This is your biography! Ordained in the Buddha's teachings, relying on the gurus, the method of extensively studying, contemplating, and analyzing. Second, the way to govern the country according to the Dharma. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
