Therefore, through this auspicious connection, this practice place became a monastery. As an external support, this Tashi Gomang Stupa was built. This stupa is mostly completed. The Gnyzi ra, like the sun's core, has not been flawed by the craftsmen for several days. In those final days, after they had returned to Gro la, when Sangye Won (Sangs rgyas dbon) was staying at Tagri (Ltag ri), he saw with his clairvoyance, riding a gray female horse, he came here miraculously. The Gnyzi ra was well repaired. When he was about to leave again on horseback, those people from Gro grol saw him and chased after him but could not catch up. The hoof prints of the horse he rode are clearly visible on the stone. That relic still exists to this day. Then, at the time of the consecration, all the heroes and dakinis of the three sacred places descended in the sky, and everyone saw them uttering auspicious words. It is said that the great merit of this stupa is that Gyalwa Godtsangpa (rGyal ba rgod tshang pa) said, "These humble practitioners of mine ask me for Dharma during the day, and at night they circumambulate the outer stupa of Naropa (Na ro pa) in Ralung (Ra lung), and they regularly go to the land of Oddiyana (O rgyan) in the west to receive the blessings of the Tsokyi Kalpa." As he said, when the great accomplished one went to Oddiyana (O rgyan), he saw the behavior of the girls there, just as Gyalwa Godtsangpa (rGyal ba rgod tshang pa) had said, and greatly praised this stupa. Furthermore, when Gyalwa Yang Gonpa (rGyal ba yang dgon pa) went to Ralung (Ra lung) for pilgrimage, he dreamed that inside the vase of this great stupa, all the Kagyu lamas from Vajradhara (Dorje Chang,རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་།,Vajradhara,वज्रधर, वज्रधर,执金刚) to Gyalwa Godtsangpa (rGyal ba rgod tshang pa) were seated in order, except for the throne of Milarepa (Mi la ras pa), which was empty, (he dreamed that someone said to him) you will sit here. He also spoke of other merits. Now, even when there are not many pilgrims, it is as if many pilgrimage routes have been taken, and everything becomes auspicious and perfect. In addition, the silver and gold stupas of Gyalwang Rje (rGyal dbang Rje) that were built later, and the incarnation of Marpa Lotsawa (Mar pa lo tsā), the king of translators, built by Gyaltsab Dampa Ngag gi Wangchuk (rGyal tshab dam pa Ngag gi dbang phyug), who, by hearing the oral instructions once, could pacify all the lineages of samsara, the golden stupa in which the complete remains of Ngagwang Chökyi Gyalpo (Ngag dbang chos kyi rgyal po) are enshrined—the Auspicious Splendor, which is more than three stories high, its materials and craftsmanship

And the perfect consecration, etc., are all the stupas that fill the great Spungs-skyi Temple. The most extraordinary self-arisen ones are: Twenty-one manifestations of Avalokiteśvara appeared on the twenty-one body parts of Dharma Lord Tsangpa Gyare, and three of them reside among the extraordinary self-arisen ones. In addition, there is one each of the outer and inner supports of this very monastery. One inside the stupa of the monastery, the inner support of Dharma Lord Zhonnu, inside a stupa adorned with one 'bre' of gold powder, and one each of the Dragon Goddess Che and a stupa. One each for the reliquary stupas of Do-khar and Choszong. There is one in the difficult part of northern U-ri and southern, and it is now said to have gone to Guge (Guru Gye, present-day Ngari Prefecture). Each made an offering to Nyenying and Cholung assembly. There are two at Drakmo Jotsun, one in the stupa of Drakmo, and one in the hands of the landscape artist of the southern monastery. As an offering to Dakpo Yeshe, one was sent to Rongpa Gold Mine in Kham. The Mongol Emperor Toghon Temür elevated Dharma Lord Tsünpa Lama as a place of offering. After the Mongol nine thousand households, together with the edict, drew up blueprints for the upper and lower temples, Dingpon offered countless offerings such as silk lotus hundred thousand, as well as thousand cloths, dark red silk, black agarwood, and tables of fish glue, and sent one as a return gift. Among these, the most supreme is this self-arisen Khasarpani (name of Avalokiteśvara), inseparable from the Dharma Lord himself. This one was also carried by Zhipo Nyima Senge during the time of Sangye Wön, intending to offer it to Lhatö region. After the spire, umbrella, and Zara net of the great stupa were well constructed, on the way back, at the largest market place, Zhipo Nyampa saw it, and it was found by two poor old women. Those two became wealthy. When those two offered it to Gyalwa Götsangpa, Gyalwa Götsangpa said, 'Dharma Lord Tsangpa Gyare is coming here today. Let's go to greet him now.' After saying that, he met the two old women, made obeisance, etc., and it came into the hands of Götsangpa. Dharma Lord Götsangpa made three great offerings at Ralung Monastery, and finally offered it to Ralung Monastery. This self-arisen image was first in Bhutan.
