Meditation. Then exhale with the sound of "Khana Ha," and when inhaling, inhale through the nose, remembering the sound of "Ha" in your mind. Then hold your breath, bring the air into your abdomen, make the upper abdomen swell, and focus your mind on the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable in your heart. Again, hold your breath, press the air down to the anus, then exhale and make it swell, and focus your mind on the Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: 吽) syllable in your navel. The main practice is divided into the main practice and the enhancement practice. The first is the main practice: the body posture is consistent with the general posture, and the gaze is directed towards the sky in front of the eyebrows. The wind practice is: exhale the impure air, hold the air outside the body as long as possible, and also hold the internal air force called "non-male non-female wind." When exhaling, also expel the air out of the body. The second is the enhancement, which is divided into three wind practices. The first is: stretch the body, clench both hands into fists and cross them, placing them on the ground behind you. Exhale with fresh breath, holding the air outside the body as long as possible. Hold the internal air force, pull it upwards, then exhale and expel it out of the body. The second wind practice is: slightly bend the body, clench your hands into fists, and place them on the ground in front of you. Exhale the impure air, holding the air outside as long as possible. Then inhale, hold your breath, and tighten your waist. When you can't bear it, exhale from your mouth. The third wind practice is: maintain the body posture, place your hands clenched into fists on your thighs, or place them on the cushion at the base of your thighs, exhale the impure air, and hold the air outside as long as possible. When inhaling, simultaneously tighten the air force of the genitals inside the body and the air force of the anus. If you cannot tighten them simultaneously, tighten them alternately. Then inhale, hold your breath. Alternately press forward towards the genitals and backward towards the anus, then exhale. The focus during the main practice and the enhancement practice is: simply abiding in non-conceptualization. In this way, by relying on these methods to meditate, if the breath becomes like it has not been inhaled and dissipates outside the body, then you have achieved a little. Then, the merits will gradually increase. That is to say, get used to the wind practice of the main practice for a long time, and then

Like the first extraction of essence wind yoga, meditate eleven or twenty-one times after each session, for seven days, etc. Similarly, the second and third wind yogas should also be done in the same way. Finally, all three should be meditated on for the appropriate number of times after each session, for seven days, etc. These extraction of essence targets should be done at appropriate times, and the main wind yoga itself should be practiced regularly. The third part is the follow-up. Among the two methods of guiding and spreading, the first method has two types: common and uncommon. First, the common method is holding the bindu: stare above the eyes. The fingers of the hands are bent inward, crossed at the heart, or placed on the left and right chest. The toes are also extremely bent. The body's four limbs are tightened, and the abdomen is contracted towards the spine. Strongly release the descending purification wind from the anus. The reversal of the bindu: among the four animal postures, the elephant's "hum": the body posture is relaxing the body and mind, or kneeling on both knees. Place both hands in front and slightly bend the body. Exhale from the nose with the sound of "hum", slightly bend the body, then raise the head and neck, and contract the abdomen towards the spine. The tigress's roar: the body posture is similar to the above, except exhale from the nose with a roaring sound. The jackal's "ha": other than that, it's the same as before, except exhale from the mouth with the sound of "ha". The fox's sniff: blow air from the nose, exhale completely, and then do not inhale again, repeat three times, etc. Second, the uncommon method has two types: the main practice and the auxiliary practice. First, holding: the body posture is consistent with the general posture, exhale waste air. Relax the lower gate, inhale inward, and strongly press the upper air at the position of the anus. Then, push the force of the air forward, bulge the abdomen, and return upwards again from the secret place, imagine reaching the position of the waist, and then tighten the waist. Do this three times. The uncommon reversal: twist the entire body to the left, so that the scapula meet. Twist the head to the right, blow air from the nose, and perform empty exhalation. Then hold the breath, and straighten the body.
