The method of drawing the upper wind of Ra-sel upwards. The method of drawing the life wind downwards is: the body posture is the heroic posture, with both hands grasping the upper part of the ankles, or placing them on the cushion corresponding to them. Although it is said that the upper torso can be alternately bent and stretched, it is bent when exhaling, and at other times the torso and other parts of the body should be upright. The practice of wind is: when clearing the impure air, also strongly inhale the downward-clearing wind, inhaling from both the mouth and nose, and when holding the breath, keep the lower wind in place, and the upper wind strongly press towards the direction of the vaginal opening, and alternately push towards the direction of the anus. Then, when exhaling, inhale the downward-clearing wind, and when inhaling, inhale from both the mouth and nose at the same time, as before. The visualization is: visualize the nine openings such as the buffalo mouth below the navel, mainly visualizing the yellow face of Manjushri above the Rakshasa mouth. Visualize all parts of the upper body, including the head and fingers, from which emerge countless kinds of colored breaths, entering from the face of Manjushri, passing through the Rakshasa mouth and the top of the buffalo's head, and disappearing into the buffalo's mouth. The method of equalizing the life wind and the downward-clearing wind is: practice relying on the chakra mouths, the body posture is to block the anus with one foot and press the vagina with the other. Place the hands in fists on the thighs and look upwards with the eyes. The practice of wind is: blow air from both the mouth and nose, then inhale from the nose, close the mouth and hold the breath, tighten the abdomen, look upwards with the eyes, curl the fingers and toes, and tighten the four limbs of the body. The visualization is: in the buffalo mouth below the navel, clearly visualize a red (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Chinese literal meaning: Rang), (Tibetan: མཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: mam, Chinese literal meaning: Mang), (Tibetan: ཀྵ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: ksha, Chinese literal meaning: Ksha), mainly visualizing (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Chinese literal meaning: Rang). In the central channel in the center of your heart, visualize a blue (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) emitting light. In the central channel above the crown of the head, visualize a white (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hang) facing downwards, and visualize fire blazing from (Tibetan: རཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: ram, Chinese literal meaning: Rang), passing through the central channel, touching the (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hang) on the crown of the head, and nectar flowing down from (Tibetan: ཧཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hang), falling on the (Tibetan: ཧཱུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: , Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) in the heart, visualizing it as being satisfied and growing, this is Tummo.

Return to its own place. Again, meditate as before on the burning of fierce fire and so on. This has six combinations: 1. The best of the senses is stretched upwards; 2. The tongue is applied to the palate; 3. The ocean is exposed to Mount Meru; 4. The four continents are brought under control; 5. When exhaling, the sound of "Ha" comes from both the mouth and nose with the force of a vase, which is a change of speech; 6. The body's four limbs are tightened. The heels of both the right and left feet block the anus, and the two secret places of harm are alternated. These are the oral instructions for the Ra meditation, or the completion stage of the nine faces. 3. Raising the sign upwards: There are three parts: preliminary, main, and subsequent. The first is: Visualize yourself as Vajrabhairava, in the center of the body is the central channel with four dharmas, the upper end inserted into the crown of the head and the lower end inserted into the secret place, at the crown of the head is a white (ཧཾ, haṃ, haṃ, Hum), at the vajra jewel, visualize a drop the size of a mustard seed or a bean, the color is white. Keep the body posture well, and when exhaling with the sound of (ཧཱུཾ, hūṃ, hūṃ, Hum), visualize the drop of the vajra jewel rolling up from inside the central channel and dissolving into the (ཧཾ, haṃ, haṃ, Hum) at the crown of the head. Focus on the trembling of the (ཧཾ, haṃ, haṃ, Hum), and hold the breath as much as possible. When inhaling, visualize a gray drop emerging from the (ཧཾ, haṃ, haṃ, Hum) at the crown of the head, going down from inside the central channel and immediately reaching the vajra jewel, focus on this and hold the breath slightly. The reverse of this is: Visualize a red drop in the central channel at your crown of the head, and a red (ཨ, a, a, Ah) at the tip of the vajra jewel, exhale waste air. When inhaling, remember the sound of (ཧྲཱིཿ, hrīḥ, hrīḥ, Hrih) and inhale, and at the end of the inhalation, remember the sound of (ཥྚིཿ, ṣṭiḥ, ṣṭiḥ, Shti). At that time, the visualization is: The red drop at the crown of the head goes down from inside the central channel and dissolves into the (ཨ, a, a, Ah) at the jewel, visualize the (ཨ, a, a, Ah) trembling, focus on this, and hold the breath as much as possible. When exhaling, a red drop emerges from the jewel, goes up from inside the central channel, and reaches the crown of the head. Then, visualize yourself as Vajrabhairava, in the center of the body is the central channel, and there is one (ཧཱུཾ, hūṃ, hūṃ, Hum) each at the heart and navel.
