The i of balalartu, head facing down. Each of the eight petals has a phaṭ (Tibetan: ཕཊ།). Visualize all of these as white or red. Exhale air from the nose, and when inhaling, rub the teeth to make a "sa" sound, and then guide it from the tongue. From the hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: hōng) at the space between the eyebrows, countless amṛtas arise. Entering the tail of the snake, when it reaches the excrement passage of the snake on the crown of the head, a stream of amṛta arises from the haṃ (Tibetan: ཧཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हं, Sanskrit Romanization: haṃ, literal Chinese meaning: hēng), passing through the body of the snake, touching the suṃ (Tibetan: སུཾ) in the mouth. From this, countless amṛtas arise. Passing through the throat, it dissolves into the letters of the eight-petaled lotus in the heart. From these, endless amṛtas arise, visualizing that they fill the entire inside of the body. Then hold the breath. Second, the external essence extraction is: Visualize yourself as the many-armed Vajrabhairava, from the hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, literal Chinese meaning: hōng) in the heart, countless rays of light emanate, striking all sentient and insentient beings. Visualize that all the enemies and obstacles of the ten directions are destroyed, their flesh and blood filling the sky, being consumed by the eight wrathful faces of Vajrabhairava. The radiance of all sentient and insentient beings is guided from the mouth of Mañjuśrī, and when it reaches the heart, the two become inseparable, dissolving into amṛta, and finally visualize that it fills the entire body, then hold the breath. In the limb of moving at night, the inner fire offering is: Visualize yourself as Vajrabhairava, on the crown of the head is a vase of amṛta facing downwards. The bottom has holes, filled with amṛta. In the heart, meditate on the active Mañjuśrī or a vajra. In the triangle of the navel channel, visualize a dharmodaya, its root piercing below the navel, and its calyx reaching the navel. Visualize it as the shape of a hearth. In it, visualize any of the two wheels, along with the letters. Among them, the general wheel of Yamāntaka is mainly performed. Then exhale, inhale the wind from the secret place, then also inhale the wind from the anus, and when it reaches the navel, flames ignite in the dharmodaya, and when it reaches the heart, it mixes with the fire or light of the yidam, visualizing that it resides in the burning fire.

From the heart of the Yidam, rays of light radiate, transforming all the splendor and essence of existence and quiescence into nectar, entering through the crown of one's head. Entering from the base of the vase, it merges with the nectar within the vase. An immeasurable multitude of nectar descends, falling upon the blazing fire in the heart, contemplating contentment. Take a small breath and forcefully press down the upper air. Release the lower air naturally. At the end of any of the three mantras of the Yidam, recite: Om Agneye Hum Phat Svaha. If you change the keys of the four activities individually, the rest is the same as above. For pacifying, add Shantiṃ Kuru Svaha (Tibetan: ཤནྟིཾ་ཀུ་རུ་སྭཱཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: शान्तिं कुरु स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: śāntiṃ kuru svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Pacifying, Do, Svaha.) to the end of the fire mantra. Contemplate a white flame blazing. Similarly, for magnetizing, add Vashaṃ Kuru Hoh (Tibetan: བ་ཤཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཧོཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वशं कुरु होः, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: vaśaṃ kuru hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: Control, Do, Hoh.). Contemplate a red flame. For increasing, add Tshewang Sonam Pushtiṃ Kuru Om (Tibetan: པུཥྚཾ་ཀུ་རུ་ཨོཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: पुष्टिं कुरु ओम्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: puṣṭiṃ kuru om, Literal Chinese meaning: Increasing, Do, Om.). Contemplate a yellow flame. For wrathful, add all enemies and obstacles Maraya Phat (Tibetan: མཱ་ར་ཡ་ཕཊ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मारय फट्, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: māraya phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: Kill, Phat.). Contemplate a dark red flame blazing. The visualization for wrathful activity is: visualize oneself as the complete Vajrabhairava with faces and hands, except for not visualizing the vase on the crown of the head, the rest is the same as before. From the heart of the Yidam in the heart, rays of light radiate. Summon the enemies and obstacles of the ten directions, and contemplate the nine faces devouring flesh and bones, melting with a crackling sound on the blazing fire in the heart. This is the inner wrathful fire offering. Then, again, the rest is the same as before. From the heart of the Yidam in the heart, rays of light radiate, transforming all the splendor and essence of existence and quiescence into nectar, entering through the nine gates of oneself, and contemplate it falling upon the blazing fire in the heart and melting. This is the method for dissolving the wind and mind into the central channel, and for taming the winds. These are the oral instructions related to the instructions for traversing the night, the oral instructions of secret advice. Second, the oral instructions on the horn meditation, or the completion stage of the nine faces, has two parts: preliminary and main practice. The first is: with the body in posture, spend one day doing only exhalation, dividing it into four sessions, counting five hundred or so. Again, spend one day with the body in posture, letting the air flow naturally, and meditate like that for a month or so. The body will become light and buoyant, and illnesses will be purified, etc.
