As this one named 'I', until I attain enlightenment. All Buddhas of the past, future, and present, for the sake of liberating sentient beings from samsara, I aspire to attain Buddhahood, may I attain Buddhahood! May those who have attained it, cause me to attain it. Likewise, I too, for the benefit of sentient beings, will generate that supreme mind of aspiring to attain enlightenment. This is the aspiration Bodhicitta. Entering into Bodhicitta involves: the discipline of abstaining from negative actions, the discipline of accumulating virtuous dharmas, and the discipline of working for the welfare of sentient beings. Firstly, regarding past sinful actions, generate remorse, and vow never to commit them again, even at the cost of one's life. Secondly, perform all virtuous deeds to the best of one's ability. Thirdly, it means to benefit sentient beings by whatever means are appropriate to tame them. Secondly, regarding the individual samaya vows, the samayas and vows of Vairochana, Akshobhya, Ratnasambhava, Amitabha, Amoghasiddhi, etc. Regarding upholding them, firstly, take refuge in the Three Jewels and learn from their teachings, what is called Buddha Yoga is Vairochana. Secondly, the samayas of Vajra Mind, Bell Speech, Mudra Body, etc., and to rely on the Vajra Master with utmost respect and not to disparage them. Thirdly, in the six periods of day and night, to give Dharma and material things, as well as fearless protection, loving-kindness, and generosity. Fourthly, to practice the meaning of the outer vehicles of Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Paramitas, and the inner vehicles of the three lower tantras, as well as the secret vehicle of Anuttara Yoga. Fifthly, to please the Lama and the Mandala deities by offering all the vows mentioned above. Thus, for the sake of whatever fruit one desires from the supreme Bodhicitta and upholding the vows, I generate the Bodhicitta, and in order for all sentient beings to attain Buddhahood, I uphold all the vows, liberate all sentient beings who have not been liberated from samsara, liberate those whose minds are bound by afflictions and have not been liberated, and through various methods of practicing the path, enable those who are arrogant and unable to breathe to breathe.

Those who are young and those who have not completely transcended suffering should be placed in the unsurpassed state of Buddhahood, which is free from suffering. Thus it is said. Secondly, accumulating merit in an impure realm involves contemplating the four immeasurables, namely, immeasurable love, immeasurable compassion, immeasurable joy, and immeasurable equanimity. Firstly, may all sentient beings possess happiness in this life, and may they possess the cause of happiness, which is great virtue, in all lifetimes. This is the thought. Secondly, may all sentient beings be free from suffering, and may they be free from all sinful actions, which are the cause of experiencing suffering in all lifetimes. This is the thought. Thirdly, may all sentient beings be free from suffering and possess happiness, and may they never be separated from this happiness. This is the thought. Fourthly, may all sentient beings abide in immeasurable equanimity, free from attachment and aversion. This is the thought. These should be recited three times with heartfelt sincerity, not just as mere words. Secondly, accumulating wisdom merit involves purifying all conventional appearances into emptiness. There are various methods for this, such as purifying into emptiness with four mantra phrases, three phrases, two phrases, or one phrase. Here, we use a single phrase for purification in a concise manner. In Tibetan, it is expressed as: "All phenomena that are impure by nature are pure by nature." Thus it is said. Some suggest purifying with the thought of illusion, but our own tradition holds that the mandala of wisdom cannot be visualized without first purifying the ordinary environment and beings into emptiness. Therefore, we contemplate these ordinary environment and beings as emptiness, and take the essence of the Sugata, the nature of reality, which is free from arising, ceasing, and abiding, as the basis for generation, and visualize the mandala with its support and supported, like a rainbow. In this context, the purification of Svabhava involves purifying the death-luminosity, which is the state after death before the Bardo arises. This establishes the auspicious connection for attaining the Dharmakaya as the result, and it serves as the ripening factor for the completion stage, effortlessly generating the experience of the example and meaning luminosities. The second of the root, the main part.
