When striking, the sound initially goes from small to large, and then from large to small, which is clearly evident. Therefore, the form born from the dharma-sphere is momentary, because it follows the mind of the one who perceives it. Among these, the form born from the dharma-sphere refers to the various appearances of form, sound, smell, taste, and touch that appear as clear appearances to yogis who have gained mastery over their minds. Even if one has not attained clear appearance, the appearances of form and so on that appear in the minds of ordinary beings are also the same. The reason for asking is: if someone asks whether a flame is momentary or not, and if the answer is that the flame is momentary because it consumes oil moment by moment, then all conditioned phenomena are the same, and therefore can be proven to be momentary. Also, if someone asks whether it is possible for a young man to not move while riding a horse, and for the rider to not move, and if the answer is that it is not possible, then the objects of the senses can also be proven to be momentary, because consciousness is the basis for the momentary. The above are the reasons for establishing impermanence. Next, the remaining meaning is explained. There are five points, the first of which is to establish that non-existent things are impermanent. Generally, many people acknowledge that space and so on are permanent and unconditioned. However, in this context of explaining the definitive meaning of the Mahayana sutras, it is necessary to explain that they are conditioned and impermanent. That is to say, it is unreasonable to assert that any dharma that does not exist in any place or time, that non-existent things are permanent. This is the proposition. If someone thinks, then weren't the space and universals of Dharmakirti and Dignāga said to be permanent? Although they were said to be so, that was only from the opposite of impermanence, and they were said to be permanent, so only the term 'permanent' was established. Moreover, those are merely empty non-existent things, and in order to distinguish them from changing existent things, they were said to be permanent. Also, because it is commonly believed in the world that these are permanent, they were said to be permanent in accordance with worldly conventions. Universals are those that are used in debates with non-Buddhists.

They are merely labeled as permanent for convenience. But in general, they are not considered to possess the characteristic of permanence. Because phenomena such as space and universals are merely imputed. They are only imputed by mind, and in reality, none of them truly exist. If one thinks that these things never change, why are they not permanent? Therefore, for these unreal phenomena, although they do not change because their own-being is not established, they are not unchanging. If a phenomenon, whose own-being is established as its own nature, does not change and is permanent, then change The nature of the Dharmadhatu, because there is nothing in it. Although there is no arising or ceasing in it, there is also no such thing as existing. Both analytical cessation and non-analytical cessation are also produced by causes and conditions. Because these are newly produced phenomena. For example, around noon on the fifteenth day, one attains the wisdom of the noble path. When the wisdom of the Dharma-acceptance of suffering in the path of seeing arises in the continuum, one obtains the analytical cessation of completely abandoning the suffering that is to be abandoned by the path of seeing. This did not exist before noon, and it is newly produced from noon onwards. Non-analytical cessation is also newly produced by the power of incomplete conditions. In this way, since there is nothing that does not cease in the end for what is initially produced, it is established as a phenomenon of arising and ceasing. When it is established, it is also established as a conditioned phenomenon. It is not enough to merely infer from the reason that these two cessations are initially produced, and then conclude that they will eventually cease. Because the reason for eventual cessation exists from the first moment of analytical cessation, from the second moment onwards, until the passage of eons, etc. As mentioned above, the analytical cessation of completely abandoning the suffering to be abandoned by the path of seeing, which is obtained at noon on the fifteenth day, gradually passes through moments, hours, days, months, etc., until the eon, also because the cessation is related to the continuum of the one who obtained it. Therefore, due to the passage of time, the cessation itself eventually completely changes and ceases in consciousness. Also, this cessation
