Because it is the ultimate realization of the nature of having. These are the meanings of the Dharma realm being constant. The meaning of pervasiveness is, for example, like the nature of not having the discriminating thought of thinking that it should pervade all things, merely obstructing the touch of having obstacles, the non-existent sky with the characteristic of negating non-existence. Just as it follows all internal and external things, that is, pervades everything, the nature of mind is clear light, and from the beginning it is free from elaboration, so the stainless realm also goes to all pure and impure dharmas, that is, it pervades without distinction. This is also explained in detail with examples, for example, the non-existent sky, even if it pervades something like an impure corpse that is inferior in form, it does not make the sky impure because of its faults. The sky pervades mountains, houses, residences, etc., which have intermediate forms, but those do not contaminate the nature of the sky, nor are they the nature of the sky. The sky also pervades the supreme Mount Sumeru and the supreme pavilions, etc., but the nature of the sky is not contaminated by those, nor does the supreme object of the sky become the nature of those. Similarly, the general characteristic of Dharma, that is, Suchness, also pervades sentient beings with sudden faults such as attachment, and the inferior transmigrations such as the hell of Avici, but it does not make the Dharma realm impure because of its faults. The Dharma realm also pervades the collection of qualities such as clairvoyance and magical powers, but the nature of the Dharma realm itself does not become clairvoyance and magical powers, etc. The Dharma realm also pervades the ultimate fruits such as the Rupakaya, but the nature of the Dharma realm itself is not the nature of the other-appearing Rupakaya, etc. This is the meaning of the Dharma realm pervading all of samsara and nirvana. The meaning of wisdom is, is the Tathagatagarbha that pervades all of samsara and nirvana wise and fully discerning? Or is it merely a non-existent non-cessation that is free from elaboration? In general, there have been three main views on the recognition of the Tathagatagarbha in this part of Tibet. The view of Ngog Lotsawa Chenpo is that the treatises decline.

It is said that this Treatise on the Lineage of the Precious One is an explanation of the final turning of the wheel of Dharma, and is therefore very profound. Thus, the recognition of the Tathagatagarbha lies in the non-cessation of emptiness. In this way, the latter is not more profound than the former, because there is no difference in merely pointing out the main meaning of non-cessation. The great Sakya Pandita said that the basis for the recognition of the mind is emptiness, so it is clear that he only regards it as emptiness free from elaboration, but in the Treatise on the Three Vows, he did not clearly establish his own view. Buton the Great considers the recognition of the mind to be in the alaya-consciousness. According to one's own view, the recognition of the mind is: "Seeing this lineage like honey," etc., and as it is said in the scriptures: "The uncontaminated wisdom possessed by sentient beings is like beeswax." Therefore, what the noble ones have realized individually, that is, the mind that is empty of both the apprehended and the apprehender, whose nature is luminosity, is both the Tathagata and the mind, so it should be said. This is the meaning of reason. The Dharmadhatu is shown as all aspects, because the Dharmadhatu is the Dharmakaya of the Buddha, is the Tathagata, is the Noble Truth, and the Dharmadhatu is the ultimate Nirvana. Therefore, for example, the sun and the rays are inseparable, there can be no rays without the sun, and there can be no sun without the rays, the sun and the rays clearly show that nature is Nirvana. The ultimate realization of self-nature is the Dharmakaya itself, which is self-nature Nirvana, which is the real Nirvana, and the Nirvana that accidentally removes defilements is only a nominal Nirvana. If accidental Nirvana does not exist in the ultimate sense, then where does the Nirvana that removes it come from? It will not arise. In this case, the Dharmadhatu and the qualities are inseparable, so it will transform into all aspects. Furthermore, this uncreated and unmodified self-luminous nature of mind is where all the Buddha's teachings merge without difference, because it is fundamentally endowed with the power and other qualities of all the Buddhas of the ten directions and three times, beyond the number of the sands of the Ganges.
