Fifth is all dharmas being emptiness and the fourteen emptinesses. Among them, the first four, such as the eater, start from the object of knowledge, and then, what sentient beings see and how they see are based on the object-possessor, which are the fifth and sixth. Then, why Bodhisattvas practice, etc., are from the seventh to the fourteenth. Second is: all things belonging to sentient beings and dharmas, in the nature of reality, have not existed and have not been established from the beginning, so they are empty of their own nature and without things, here is the emptiness of no-thingness, and, the nature of the basis of no-thingness of those things of sentient beings and dharmas, with suchness having things or self-nature, is the emptiness of the nature of no-thingness, so this is explained as emptiness different from the former. The different ways are that the former is self-emptiness and the latter is other-emptiness, and these differences will be explained below. Fifth, explaining the way of practice is: the nature of dharma, suchness, although naturally pure, it is reasonable to strive to cultivate the path in order to eliminate temporary defilements. If the antidote path is not cultivated, afflictions will also disappear, then all sentient beings will be liberated effortlessly. If the antidote is cultivated, but the afflictions do not become completely pure, then striving to obtain liberation will become meaningless. Therefore, in order to make the nature of dharma naturally pure and manifest light, in order to purify the temporary defilements of the object-possessor, one should strive to cultivate emptiness. Third, explaining its remaining meaning has eight: establishing the ultimate truth as truly existent, and, explaining the differences of emptiness of emptiness, etc., from the emptinesses said in the Discrimination of Middle and Extremes, explaining the types of names of the ultimate truth, and, refuting the view that worldly reasoning is powerful in establishing external objects, and, refuting the view that discrimination is wisdom, explaining the way to eliminate the two extremes depending on the two truths, and, explaining the difference between the characteristics of the object-possessor and the nature of dharma, and, explaining the meaning of the two truths said in the Discrimination of Middle and Extremes. First, establishing the ultimate truth as truly existent: the ultimate dharma realm, the object-possessor is the true truth, because its own nature exists in reality.

For the sake of establishment, and it is not deceptive, because it is not false. That dharma, you are not false, because you are seen by the wisdom of the noble equipoise. The pervasion exists, it is not reasonable that what is seen by the wisdom of the noble equipoise is a false dharma. Because you are the wisdom of the noble continuum that takes the ultimate reality as its object. The Madhyamikas who hold self-emptiness, although they do not acknowledge that the ultimate truth is truly established, it is true in the face of the wisdom of the noble equipoise, so it is true. Saying this is meaningless, and they speak many words that do not accord with reality, and they do not accept that the dharmadhatu is truly established. To this, dharma is, and conventional is false, what is the point of distinguishing between true and false? Because both are the same in being without truth and being false. If any basis is proven to be not true, then it is proven to be false, which is the meaning of false; if it is proven to be not false, then it is proven to be true, which is the meaning of true. Apart from that, there is no meaning of the words true and false. Just as a pot is taken as a common example of both being produced and being impermanent, here too there is no basis for a common example that is both true and false, because the two are mutually contradictory. Therefore, for things that are mutually contradictory, it is never possible to have a third category that is both and neither. If there is a third category that is both for those two, then for most dualities such as permanent and impermanent, what should be abandoned and what should be adopted, there would also be a third category that is both and neither, which would be too extreme. To this, if there is a third category that is both true and false, then the inverted consciousness that sees what is not true, or the wisdom of the Buddha, the limit of the exhaustion of falsehood, would also become not the ultimate truth, because just as there is a third category that is both on the object, there must also be a third category that is both true and false on the consciousness that possesses the object. This cannot be accepted, because the Condensed Meaning of the Eight Thousand Stanzas says: Because of the emanation of ignorance, only what does not exist appears there. Because it is able to show what does not exist, it is called ignorance. Thus, if a false dharma appears, appea
