Thus, by fully understanding emptiness, one will attain supreme wisdom in the meaning of uprightness. Second, to ascertain the true meaning of the two truths. This is divided into two: explaining the nature of the two truths; and explaining the nature of the two truths through mutual debate between teachers and myself. The first has five parts: definition, explanation of individual differences, determination of the basis of difference, explanation of the necessity of difference, and examination of one and different. The first is the definition: its own nature is empty of truth, and the object of consciousness and its retinue is merely the definition of conventional truth. The word "merely" here excludes the possibility of ultimate truth being an object of consciousness. Conventional truth, nominal truth, false, and deceptive phenomena are synonymous. Examples include dependent phenomena and imputed phenomena among conditioned phenomena. Its own nature is established as true, and the object of the samadhi wisdom of the noble ones is considered to be the definition of ultimate truth. Ultimate truth, suchness, dharmata, ultimate reality, perfect reality, and non-deceptive phenomena are synonymous. Examples include unconditioned phenomena, perfect reality, and the tathagatagarbha. Thus, the objects of consciousness and wisdom are determined separately. The great regent Maitreya also said in the Ornament of the Sutras: For ordinary beings, the true limit is obscured by consciousness, so the unreal conventional forms appear everywhere. Bodhisattvas and noble ones remove the obscuration of consciousness, so the true limit, the reality of reality, appears everywhere. It should be understood that in the sense of reality, the non-existent phenomena, that is, the appearance of the conventional, and in the sense of reality, the existent phenomena, that is, the appearance of the ultimate nature of reality, are respectively non-appearing and appearing to the samadhi wisdom of the noble ones. This should not be confused with other interpretations arising from sectarian differences. The ultimate truth of reality seen by ordinary beings is merely appearing as conventional, not existing on different levels. Because in reality, there is nothing other than the dharmadhatu ultimate truth. However, the wisdom of the noble ones sees in accordance with the reality, while ordinary people

One does not see the existence of the Dharmadhatu, but sees the various mundane dharmas that do not exist. For example, when a person with jaundice looks at a conch shell, he sees a yellow color where there is no white. Secondly, explaining the differences between the two, there are two explanations: the explanation of the mundane and the explanation of the ultimate. First, if the mundane truth is divided, there are two types: the valid mundane and the invalid mundane. The first, the valid mundane, is the appearance due to the power of the habitual patterns of ignorance accumulated since beginningless time. It does not depend on the investigation of real conceptualization, and in the consciousness with clear appearance that is not corrupted by temporary causes of confusion, it appears as an object of acceptance and rejection that is not deceptive in the world. It functions as it appears, such as fire burning, water moistening, the eye seeing form, evil deeds leading to hell, virtuous deeds leading to heaven, meditating on selflessness leading to liberation, and the completion of accumulations leading to Buddhahood. Although such things, actions, and causes and effects are not established in the ultimate sense, they arise without error as objects of acceptance and rejection in the world. Therefore, Tibetan and Chinese scholars consider this to be the valid mundane. The second, the invalid mundane, is generally all the imputations that are fabricated by conceptual thought, that is, the sound of speech and the arising and ceasing that become the object of conceptual thought, the imputations of size, center and edge, good and bad, etc. If one relies on the imputations of sound and conceptual thought, then it is an object of inverted conceptualization, so it is the invalid mundane. In particular, dreams and illusory horses and elephants that arise from the temporary causes of confusion corrupting the senses, and the appearance of hair nets and double moons seen by those with cataracts, and other examples and reasons of false doctrines such as the Samkhya school, which confuse the mind, and based on this, the conceptual thoughts that grasp at the chief, the self, and the powerful, etc., the general meanings of the chief, etc., which are imputed to them, are definitely said to be the invalid mundane. In these, there is also the aspect of merely appearing as such and such, and what appears in that
