犹如被狂风吹打的水泡一般，比水泡还要无常。 呼吸之间，从睡眠中醒来，还有空闲未死，真是太稀奇了。 此生近在咫尺，却有众多的生命危害，敌人、疾病、邪魔、火、水、毒、武器等等，确定无疑的危害众多。作为维持生命的顺缘，饮食、住所、药物等等，有时也会成为危害生命的因素，所以危害众多。生命脆弱，危害众多，这就像水泡被狂风吹打一样，或者比那更易毁灭，所以无常。不知何时毁灭。 因此，从吸气到呼气，从呼气到吸气，从睡眠中醒来，还有空闲没有死去，真是太稀奇了。所以，此生非常无常。第二，显示身体不可靠：身体最终变成灰烬，最终干枯，最终腐烂，最终不干净，没有精华。将会彻底毁灭、消失、衰老，请知晓这是各自离散之法。这个身体在生存的时候，虽然被珍爱和执着，但最终死亡的时候，被火焚烧变成灰烬，或者被土埋等方式弄干，或者腐烂。最终，如果打开身体，展示内脏等等，不干净的自性就会显现，身体没有永恒的精华，也没有成办圆满事业的精华。迅速彻底毁灭，即变化，消失，即消逝，衰老，即衰老陈旧，血肉骨骼等等各自分离显现，请知晓这是无法超出离散之法的。 第三，一切有为法皆无常：大地和须弥山，大海和七个太阳，燃烧 因此，这些有情众生，也会被七个太阳燃烧。

Like a bubble of water struck by a strong wind, even more impermanent than a bubble of water. Between breaths, waking from sleep, to have the leisure not to die is truly amazing. This life is so close, yet there are many dangers to life, enemies, diseases, demons, fire, water, poison, weapons, etc., certain dangers are numerous. As favorable conditions for sustaining life, food, shelter, medicine, etc., sometimes they also become factors that endanger life, so dangers are numerous. Life is fragile, and there are many dangers. This is like a water bubble being struck by a strong wind, or even easier to destroy than that, so it is impermanent. One does not know when it will be destroyed. Therefore, from inhaling to exhaling, from exhaling to inhaling, waking from sleep, to have the leisure not to die is truly amazing. Therefore, this life is very impermanent. Second, showing that the body is unreliable: the body ultimately becomes ashes, ultimately dries up, ultimately rots, ultimately unclean, without essence. It will completely perish, disappear, and decay. Please know that this is the nature of separate dispersion. This body, while alive, is cherished and clung to, but ultimately at the time of death, it is burned by fire and becomes ashes, or dried by burial in the earth, or rots. Ultimately, if the body is opened and the internal organs, etc., are shown, the unclean nature will be revealed, the body has no eternal essence, and there is no essence for accomplishing perfect deeds. It quickly and completely perishes, that is, changes, disappears, that is, vanishes, decays, that is, ages and becomes old, flesh and bones, etc., separate and appear. Please know that this is a nature that cannot go beyond the law of separation. Third, all conditioned phenomena are impermanent: the earth and Mount Sumeru, the ocean and the seven suns, burning Therefore, these sentient beings will also be burned by the fire of the seven suns.
