Furthermore, doubt is like doubting the path, it hinders the path to liberation, and it is the main affliction to be abandoned on the path of seeing. The fourth point is to advise the practice of the three higher trainings, wherein the advice to practice the three higher trainings is: Liberation depends on oneself, There is no help from others, Those who possess hearing, discipline, and meditation, Should strive to practice the four truths. The higher trainings are the three trainings of the noble continuum that have become the nature of the uncontaminated path. If one thinks that liberation does not depend on oneself practicing the path, but is obtained by others giving blessings, etc., that is not correct. Although one must rely on oneself practicing the path to obtain liberation, it is impossible to obtain it by relying on others' help without one's own effort. Therefore, one should hear the pure meaning of the scriptures, and think and meditate on its meaning, which is the cause of higher wisdom training; abide in the discipline of abandoning the ten non-virtuous deeds, etc., which is the cause of higher discipline training; and practice calm-abiding and insight meditation, etc., which is the cause of higher concentration training. Therefore, one should strive to practice the meaning of the four truths through possessing hearing, discipline, and meditation. Advice on the three trainings and their direct and indirect meanings: the direct meaning is higher discipline training, higher wisdom training, And higher mind training, one should always practice. More than one hundred and fifty trainings, Can all be completely contained within these three. From the initial stage of practice, one must practice the three trainings, continuously improving in the stages of accumulation and preparation, and when one attains the path of seeing, the three trainings become ordinary causes, that is, they become the three higher trainings. Since they are the actual higher trainings of the noble path, one should always practice higher discipline training, higher wisdom training, and higher mind training, that is, meditation, thereby obtaining the state of peaceful nirvana. The objects of training, such as the 253 precepts of a monk and countless other precepts, as well as those spoken of in the sutras of the great and small vehicles, can also be completely contained within these three trainings.

Having gathered in a pure place, we should diligently practice these things. As for the remaining meaning: The powerful body realizes mindfulness, the Sugatas have shown, the path of a single journey. This is a hidden place, it should be well guarded, if mindfulness is lost, all dharmas will be destroyed. By the meaning of "powerful," calling the king the "powerful one of the earth," and telling him to understand the land. Here, "body" refers to nature, one should carefully examine the nature of all internal and external phenomena. If one knows the true nature of things, that is insight and mindfulness. It is also necessary to maintain mindfulness without distraction, because mindfulness causes all virtuous dharmas to increase. All the Sugatas have shown the path of a single journey, which means that all Buddhas have practiced this path. Such mindfulness should be guarded and cultivated with unwavering diligence. If mindfulness is lost, one will lose awareness, and without awareness, all dharmas, including the three trainings, will be abandoned. The above is a summary of the meaning of the path of seeing that has been explained: The essence of the path of seeing should be established in the newly attained wisdom of directly seeing the nature of reality, and directly realizing the sixteen aspects of the four truths, such as impermanence. It is also endowed with the qualities of abandonment and realization, having abandoned perverted views, seen emptiness, seen selflessness, attained the three higher trainings, and abandoned the afflictions to be abandoned by the path of seeing, such as the three bonds. Explaining the remaining meaning of the path of seeing in detail: The wisdom of the path of seeing is the direct realization of the sixteen aspects of the four truths, such as impermanence. Therefore, among the sixteen aspects of the four truths, such as impermanence, the aspects of impermanence and suffering are explained in detail with intermediate verses. Among them are the impermanence of death, the difficulty of obtaining leisure and endowment, and the faults of samsara. First, explaining the impermanence of death, which includes showing that life is unreliable, showing that the body is unreliable, showing that all compounded things are impermanent, and showing that it is impossible to return from impermanence. The first is: this life is harmful
